I don't remember the last time I was in a target before last week. It won't be that long for the next time.

Good selection of meat, deli, produce, dairy, frozen and more. Nice option that part of town if you forget something, but doesn't have everything you'd need to do a full grocery trip. We love it for things we might forget on our main shopping day or last minute dinner ideas.

Great familly atmosphere with the sound of teenage girls giggling in the makeup isle. Toys, kithen tools, need a snack? They got it. Underwear, socks, dog food, a tent? They got it

I frequent this store to much. Like most men, I love it and hate it at the same time. Haha!

This review is about just the grocery part of the store. It is not a grocery store so my rating may be a little harsh. I think it is nice to have groceries there to pick up a few things while out. It is limited on gluten free and vegan items. The prices are higher than most grocery stores. Again, it isn't a grocery store so it is a bit unfair to compare the two.

I love the deals with the gift cards and target circle. I come here at least once a week.

some of the items out on the shelves could've been a little better but otherwise it's a typical target

June 2022 by Kasey H.
I'm in town staying at a nearby hotel for a wedding. My husband, a few friends, and I ran into this Target around 9:20 (they close at 10) on June 17th 2022 to grab some drinks to bring back to our hotel for the night. We decided it would be easier to just buy a bottle of vodka and a couple mixers rather than trying to buy several different beers / wine bottles. We went to the self checkout lane. My husband began scanning our items and an employee came up without saying a word and grabbed the bottle of vodka and walked away with it. We assumed maybe the employee needed to check it out because it was alcohol but she just completely walked away from us without saying anything. My husband politely asked her "are we not able to buy that?" And she harshly said to him "you can't purchase alcohol past 9:00pm." He apologized and told her we were from out of town so we just weren't aware of that rule. She then proceeded to get in his face and say "it's actually a nationwide rule!!!" (Which isn't true by the way.) Our friend asked if we were able to purchase beer or wine and she she said "you'll have to go to the city of Appleton, not here." Which is honestly comical because the address to this Target literally states Appleton. Regardless, the customer service at this Target is absolutely awful and it doesn't surprise me they have a 2.5 star Yelp rating. I wish I caught the rude & demeaning employee's name but I unfortunately didn't. I would assume she was a manager, and you could honestly probably ask any other staff members scheduled during this time because you could tell they were legitimately embarrassed by their co-workers behavior towards us while we attempted to check out our items. I expected so much more from Target. I'm not even upset that we couldn't purchase the alcohol, it was the way in which this employee relayed the information to us. She could have just mentioned it to us instead of snatching the bottle and walking away with it. We'll be in town for a few more days and I can guarantee no one in my group will spend another penny at this Target location.
