The units are clean and seem new. Being able to drive in is really great. Good to have an elevator and carts for moving heavy things.

Booking was easy, Jacob was very helpful and understanding of my situation as a student, and the storage prices are reasonable. Having this storage unit close to me is a HUGE blessing.

I have used storage sense twice now when I’m not able to be in Appleton because of school and I love how easy it is to sort everything out. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

My son goes to Lawrence and for the second year now we have rented a storage space at Storage Sense to keep clothes, household goods, a refrigerator, and other items over the summer instead of moving them back and forth from out home state. Jacob has helped us both times and is phenomenal at answering questions, helping with paperwork, and ensuring we are satisfied with our rental experience. He is always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility itself is great! The units are indoors (a plus especially in summer and winter), climate controlled, and always kept clean. I really enjoy the carts/trolleys that are available to help you move stuff from your car to your unit. Storage Sense has been a great experience all the way around!

When I arrived, the gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and provided me with all the information I would need for the facility. He even explained how the lock worked and walked with to show me where the unit was located. Overall a very pleasant and seamless experience.
