Best shopping experience ever! Cody was so helpful and patient with me while trying to help me decide on a mattress. I went into the store planning on buying one mattress because it was cheap and by the time I left, I bought a much more expensive mattress and couldn't be happier. I can't wait to enjoy my new mattress. Thank you again, Cody for a wonderful shopping experience and all of your help and expertise. I dont think i could ever buy a cheap mattress again. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

I purchases warrantees when we bought new house furniture. We were told we get a credit after 5 years. But what we weren't told is that it expires lije 90 days after that 5 years so I lost alot of credit. Please tell folks that part!

We purchased a reclining loveseat with console and a reclining sofa and decided to return both because it wasn’t comfortable enough for me. Went to Appleton store to look for replacements and decided to hire Laura Hoffman the on-site designer so we will have to see how that turns out. Everyone working there is very helpful.

I was hesitant to shop at Steinhafels after a not so great experience I had here in 2021. I obviously picked a great day to shop today and was paired with Cody. What an AWESOME experience working with Cody today. He definitely gets a 5+ star rating for the service he provided me today! He really paid attention to my wants today and took time to answer ALL my questions and I definitely had LOTS of them. I had my mind made up before going to Steinhafels that I would shop a few more stores just to be sure. However, I decided to give my business to Steinhafels today because of Cody. Would definitely recommend you to shop at Steinhafels and look for Cody to assist you. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being oversold. Thank you, Cody! I'll definitely be back for future furniture needs.
