The worst customer service I have ever received in my life, from the employee to the manager. I was there more than three times and they were never able to give me my refund back, each time it was a different promise or excuse. Yesterday I finally had to talk to T-Mobile on the phone, Hopefully this time someone can solve my problem after 4 months trying to resolve the problem. I swore I would never stop in this store again.

Internet ..HORRIBLE!!! Customer Survice.... HORRRIBLE!!! This is such a bad internet use im switching to spectrum because of how BAD T-Mobile is and there internet please ladies and gentlemen's STICK WITH YOUR CURRENT WI-FI!!!!!

came in to add a new phone with a trade in on an existing plan..short red haired girl was rude, didn’t give us the running promotion, after telling us it would be a $200 down payment when we get to the register it jumps to over $700 and her reasoning “it went up” after we told her nevermind and left she added the line anyways.. wouldn’t recommend.

Lucas was awesome. We went In with a kind of daunting task at hand, pay off an over due balance, free a number/ line from my current plan. Open a new account and purchase a new IPhone, trade in and old Iphone, under another persons name. Then transfer the original phone number to the new account. It was alot and we had some issues with the over the phone side of the deal, but instore Lucas took care of everything, making us feel reassured we would get it figure out, while being patient and calm even though there was quite a line waiting. Thank you for your professionalism.

Left this dumpster fire of a carrier and corporate store for Verizon a year ago, now have a consistent monthly bill & zero issues with service across the country. Good riddance. Heard they FINALLY fired the former manager, Tyler for being an adult aged frat boy / bully to customers and employees, after years and years of documented mistreatment.

Worst phone company to work with. I have to call every month with issues in the billing. Then they tell you they don’t know why there are issues or how to even fix them. They tell you one thing then do another. Nothing but a headache and definitely do not recommend. Will to continue with them when contract is over.

My wife and I switched over to t-mobile and was the worst mistake of our lives. They told us our old phones had to be replaced with new ones. My wife’s phone has never worked correctly from day one. She took it in a few times and they told her there was nothing wrong. Well, it finally died on her. She can make and receive phone calls, thats it! No text. No emails. Can’t even use data. We take the phone into this store and they installed a SIM card. After the installation, the phone still didn’t work and the guy handed the phone back and told us because we didn’t buy a service plan we were on our own. He told me that is how business is done at t-mobile. I spent two full days running between stores and making phone calls with no resolution. I have never been talked to in my whole life so rudely and arrogantly then I have by these employees.I finally contacted a manager in Green Bay about the issue. He has the same attitude as the rest of the employees that I have encountered. I am so frustrated and tired of being talked to and lied to. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my worst enemies.
