Nothing Ever Works!!!
The system is constantly down!!
We pay around $400 per month for this horrible service!

It blows my mind that we pay so much for wifi that works so poorly. I end up turning the wifi on my phone off to get it to work at least three times a week.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure to work with Brandon Hart at the Appleton, Mall drive location. We came to Brandon to ask about bundles. He honestly and professionally described the packages to us with our budget in mind. Brandon was able to save us money from our current plan, and was very helpful describing the new features on our new phones.
