It was a terrible experience. I went into a spectrum store in Appleton. Just returned a Wi-Fi Router and modem. It’s my first time in the store and I didn’t know that I had to sign in. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes until someone told me to sign in just return some equipment. Well, by the time I sign in, then I would still have to wait THREE HOURS behind all these people that were in there and there was only two spectrum desk that were open.
It’s ridiculous to just sit in the lobby and wait THREE HOURS to return some equipment. I had to call customer service to have someone told me for the first time after that I could have also dropped off the router and modem at a UPS store at no cost. Thank you for the company for not even telling me that in the first place

Not only did they say they would call me back, they didn't, I still have to pay the monthly fee when I tried to cancel days in advance of the bill cycle. I now have to pay for an internet I can't even use because they never got back to me. I had to call again. Ontop of that I've had constant issues with connection. It would go out for a whole day. I cannot afford to pay $90 for internet when one of them i can't use.

Stand in line for over a hour just so people can just walk in and jump ahead the line.

I returned equipment today with Max at the Appleton store and he was an absolute jerk! Rude, not helpful or kind and makes me want to cancel all of my services with spectrum. He needs some better training on customer service.

Nothing Ever Works!!!
The system is constantly down!!
We pay around $400 per month for this horrible service!

It blows my mind that we pay so much for wifi that works so poorly. I end up turning the wifi on my phone off to get it to work at least three times a week.

Had a very good experience at the Appleton store with Grayson and Kyle, thank you. Very bad experience when I called Spectrum with two different phone agents.
