Bought 4 mattress and had them made to order. They were great quality and delivered timely. Family owned and operated. Met the guy who built my mattresses. This was not the first mattress. My wife purchased her last mattress from them 20 years ago. We traveled a long way to get another quality mattress. I hope to live long enough to buy more.

They have a good selection of mattresses. I bought the lowest end queen sized mattress. It's high quality and very comfy!

Everyone at the store is very knowledgeable and helpful, but not at all pushy. The two men who delivered my mattress were friendly and even helped me put the bed skirt back on. Finally, my first morning after waking up on the mattress, my back no longer hurt and I could walk without groaning. Thank you!

Needed a cheap twin mattress. Walked in, asked to see their choices and left with a new mattress in less than 5 minutes. Friendly service, no pressure to up-sale, fast, and convenient. Always good to support local businesses too!

High quality craftsmanship you won't find at a big box store. Great customer service on top of that. Only had my mattress for about 7 months but it's extremely comfortable.

Had a great experience shopping for a new mattress and foundation at The Sleep Shop in Appleton. Our 5th purchase over the years. Richie was very helpful and shared his expertise in helping us pick out what will be the best for our current needs . We learned a lot . In addition their quality and service is exceptional at really the best price. Love that we can support this family owned small business . Highly recommend.

Everything about working with this business was a pleasure. We were in search of custom made mattresses for our camper that required curved edges on one of the corners. We we able to test the different mattresses to make a firmness choice and the end product was spectacular. The quality of workmanship, stitching detail and timeliness of delivery far surpassed our expectations. We’re sleeping so comfortably now! Thank you Sleep Shop.

I had a custom made mattress designed for my RV. I was skeptical it would be comfortable after it was cut down to size. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!! The mattress is AMAZING!!! The customer service was EXCELLENT. They listened to my concerns and addressed my accommodations in regards to limited space. The old mattress would bunch up when the slide came in. The new mattress fits perfectly. The new Queen mattress is 10.5 inches thick. I have no hip or back pain when I sleep. I also don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore while camping. In fact, my quality of sleep is way better in the RV…?
