I wanted to have a sample T-shirt made for a volunteer group I belong to. I Found Silly Toast on the internet and as it was close to my house, I went there. I explained to Andy what I had in mind and he took the time to listen to me. He made a few suggestions and showed me the possibilities. The turnaround time from emailing the design to getting the finished product was actually pretty quick. I thought the people there very easy to work with and I would use them again.

Silly Toast is an incredible business. I contacted them for a time-sensitive one-off project. Greg, the president of Silly Toast Designs, not only agreed to help me with a small order, but he helped me procure the "canvas" garment and explore several options to arrive at the perfect design solution. Silly Toast has lost my confidence in their ability to provide products in a timely manner.This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them and unfornately, I am STILL waiting on the product to be delivered.I ordered a product at the beginning of November and was told that they would get it to me by December 20th. That has come and gone.... Greg called me middle of December and was super nice and I was understanding that COVID had caused issues with product shipping for them to work on items. I have been extremely patient with this company and have tried to contact them every few weeks for an update. I have not heard from them since the end of January 2022 and I fear that the product I ordered will never be given to me. This product was going to be a gift for a wonderful student teacher we had from 10/22-2/22

I went to Silly Toast after several other local businesses told me it was impossible to have 9 tees printed within 24 hours. I explained my situation to Greg and *within an hour*, I walked out with 9 high-quality tees printed. The customer service that Greg provided was superb from the moment I walked in the door. He made my small project a top priority. He helped me tweak my tee shirt design with helpful suggestions and then invited me back to watch the process. I was struck by the positive spirit that resonated from the entire staff. I also learned that they actively engage in charitable work for local organizations—simply put, these are great people who do an excellent job. Highly recommend.
