I was temporarily living in Appleton while having a baby. Staff always asked about the baby and were personally very friendly.
Upon leaving town, we had tons of stuff to ship home (includig a lot of baby items), and a staff member let me leave PILES of unorganized, unpacked things that she organized, packed, and shipped for me.”

“I use to come to this store and there was a male manager, he was NOT a nice man, ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! I started going to other UPS stores so I didn’t have to deal with the past manager. Jen is now the manager and she is SO nice to everyone regardless how busy the store is. I also notice, that the employees seem a lot happier with Jen as their manager.”

“A great staff, I missed my package after not being home to sign for it, so the receptionist or manager? allowed me extra time after the expiration date that they are allowed to hold a package for me to have time to get a ride to get over there by the airport and then get my overdue package, which I appreciated very much, as I didnt expect them to do that for me or anyone.”
“I must be the only one that had a positive experience with these guys. I had 4 skids coming from Detroit and they showed up to my warehouse in Appleton literally the next morning. I couldn't believe it. And everything was in great shape. My pro# didn't tell me if it stopped at any other terminals but I'm gonna assume it at least went here before it got delivered to me. So my one and only experience was fantastic as the rate was comparable to the other low budget carriers.”
“I've used this location for years and never had any issues at all. I've rerouted packages to be held here when I knew I wouldn't be available for delivery and was able to pick them up after showing my ID and Tracking Number. I've also dropped off prepaid packages here along with taking in ready to ship boxes and bought shipping at the counter.
Very convenient location too.”
