“Did some extensive travel & stored some household items here for a year. Units are super easy to access from highways 441 & 41 as well as from the double lane drive-through pavement between buildings. Everything stayed dry and free from pests. Would absolutely use again if the need arose.”

“Highly recommended! We have a 36' camper we stored in their outdoor storage and they were very accommodating to our needs of space and where we parked to get the camper in and out without issue. Extremely nice and rates are great. The facility is under surveillance and fenced in for the outdoor storage.”

“I must say of the hot mess I was in the mess of moving.. I couldn't have been stopped by a person so rightly fit for the position. Except.. he deserves more than a raise. Brennan was gifted the manic mess that spilled out the days stress as if he was a therapist instead of the employee of s self storage facility. Brennan took what came his way head on and showed he was capable of keeping his head on straight with his professional manner. He helped me understand the details that wouldn't come to trip me up later on. On top of ot all.. he shared kindness and empathy to go above and beyond the position. Feeling a sense of peace after the simple signing of a lease.. I couldn't be more happy with chosing Prime as the place to turn to. “PODS worked great for us. The guys I worked with dropping off and picking up were nice and knowledgeable handling the equipment. I received a phone call always prior to the moves. I wish I would have been able to store all my belongings In PODs due to convenience. Unfortunately we had park cars in the driveway too.”

This Company makes renting from them easily accessible with their online setup process. No emailing back in forth which was great.I had automatic payments set up, which made it even easier/mindless to pay rent.

Just rented one now, again got an immediate response, fast and friendly service, STILL THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN, they let me go check out the unit before I bought it. They manage lyndale apartments so somebody's generally on site. 10 stars.”

“They have more than one location I have two storages here one in Green Bay and one in Appleton. I like these storage units because you need a code to get into the place and you don't have to worry so much of people breaking into your unit and also the lady that manages these storages is very friendly and pleasant to work with. Also i forgot pop to mention they are reasonable with pricing.”

This location was popular so we had to start at a different one and then moved. The move in and out process is done on your own time you just have to let them know so they can look at the unit and lock it back up. Great small family business to support.”
“When we purchased a motorhome, we needed a storage facility that was clean, secure, close to home and had a 14' door opening. We were lucky to find an open unit at Ballard Storage. We've been renting our unit for about 5 years and are very happy with the facility and the owners. The owners keep the area secure with cameras and lighting, and they keep the roads plowed and maintained, and we've not had any issues with rodents, which is a big deal for our motorhome. The online process for monthly payments is very easy and convenient. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend!”
