Damaged paint all around the windshield and broke rubber molding. The service technician did not even have the decency to tell me before leaving. Had to call and complain to get anything done about it.

Another company that won't be getting my business ever. Why? Because for some odd reason they don't have a person to answer a phone. And talk to their potential customers. They have an annoying, redundant and repetitive automated system that doesn't understand basic requests. "Window Availability" Also, why do you need to know my payment method when I simply asked to request a quote? Great job Safelite.

The person who re done the rubber strip in the rear windshield in my SUV left a lot of scratches in my new rear wind shield. When I complained about the job. Manager Ryan in Jacksonville florida sad that those are not included in warranty. So I have drove back home for 40 minutes for nothing. Frustrating experience ?.

Extremely dissatisfied with their support structure. First, my experience at the store was really good. Everyone seemed very helpful, service was fast, price seemed reasonable by comparison to other services.My issue is the automatic safety features on my vehicle seems to not be working correctly. I am trying to reach them on a Saturday, their hours list them as being open, but I cannot speak with a live person to get an answer. I am provided options to schedule appointments at later business days. As a customer, I find Safelite’s disregard for my safety extremely disappointing. My car is randomly slowing and adjusting itself to hazards which are not there. If Safelite does not understand its customers rely on our vehicles, they are out of touch with their customers. If Safelite does not feel obligated to quickly address and resolve potential safety issues caused by work they have completed, I should have never trusted them with such important work.I appreciate staffing is challenging. I appreciate having someone to answer your phones an expense but considering the relationship between the work you do customers’ safety, your customers’ relationships with their vehicles having no options to address issues with your work or at least answer questions about your work in a rapid fashion is either uncaring or dismissive. I regret putting my faith in Safelite and will be sharing the feedback with my insurance provider who recommended Safelite.

I’ve had 2 windshields replaced here on my 22 camry this year. Both times everyone was kind polite and professional. They do an amazing job with the new windshields.No leaks. They do an amazing job recalibrating my forward collision & Adaptive cruise control. Thank you guys for keeping my car in good condition when it comes to glass work. Hopefully I don’t see y’all for a while tho. Highly recommend these guys!!

Everything went good till they told me they put new window wipers on and no one ever talked to me about new wipers. My car is brand new and the wipers were totally good still. The crack was not anywhere near where the wipers go, and so I didn’t need new wipers but they decided on themselves to put them on without ever talking to me about it and then I left and decided to try them out and the right side didn’t even clear the water off and so I went back and they took a look and saw they never took the paper off…..very upset that they never talk to me about putting wipers on then also not completely finishing the job of the wipers. More communication before you do anything would be very helpful and appreciated.

Rescheduled my appointment 4 times then never called me again to repair a windshield…Covered by work! 1st reschedule was they don’t have the windshield, second was tech called in sick. 3rd was tech was running behind and would not make it, 4th time was they don’t have the glass… then they never called me back…

Crack in my windshield was slightly too long to be filled but I was able to get a new windshield in under a week. Great service and clear communication from Johannes and others. I was out of there in under 2 hrs

Quality of windshield repair leaves something to be desired. Had to go back for a "warranty appointment" since the first tech was in such a rush to install the windshield so they could leave early for the day, the trim was so uneven. After the appointment, still doesn't look right. For the price of windshield replacement, it should look very similar to when it came from the factory.

I tried to get a simple question answered on the website, but the chat feature kept sending me in a circle. Once I went to the store, I got my answers and made an appointment. The guys I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. I would use them again.

Good company but my windshield in my truck is the rearview mirror. Bracket built into the windshield is in the wrong place The mirror blocks the sun visor slide panels from sliding out. The only option is to repay for the oem windshield and installation not happening. You need to change vendors or have them correct rearview mirror placement. 2 star is for windshield a 5 star for service well done.

Chip repair service was good and exactly as explained by the technician. I decided a few days later to replace the windshield because the chip was so large that the repair left some cracks. I knew this going in so I tried it. Since then, I followed the instructions and contacted customer care at Safelite to request the replacement and have not heard back in over 3 weeks.
