Safelite doesn’t show up to repair, satellite doesn’t show up to replace. Safelite holds no accountability for their staff and does not respect the time of its customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wish I could rate lower. First appointment they brought the wrong glass. Second appointment was supposed to be between noon and 5 and the technician still hasn't shown. No one answered the phone. When I called the technician he refused to apologize and offered no way for us to be compensated for the two afternoons of pay my wife lost waiting for them.

First off they brought the wrong window. No big deal. Brought the right one back. The gentleman then proceeded to break the regulator. He did not have one and could not get one at that point. He said he would let me know the next day. Never heard from him. I had to text him. I get a message later in the day, on the next day telling me I could remove the tape. Removed the tape. Got in car to go somewhere, shut the door and the window falls. It's raining. Cannot get window up. I finally heard from someone at safelight 4 days later telling me it will be another 10 days before he can get a regulator. They refused to buy an OEM Regulator and wanted us to wait the 10 days to get a generic part. And of course we have already paid them. Now today my car goes to Ford to have my window fixed the correct way at my cost. Would not recommend their service.

Do not go to Safelite! The technicians damaged my vehicle during the replacement of my glass and my hatch wouldn't close. After they acknowledged it was their fault and promised to pay for it, they refused to satisfy the service fees. I paid $664 to pay for the damages. The technicians are not qualified to work on cars. This place is a scam! Bring your car in for repairs and trust your car is in good hands, then they damage it more causing DOUBLE the cost in repairs!

This service took far less time than I originally thought. They did a great job. Friendly and professional folks. I would recommend Safelite to anybody with auto glass needs.

Damaged paint all around the windshield and broke rubber molding. The service technician did not even have the decency to tell me before leaving. Had to call and complain to get anything done about it.

Another company that won't be getting my business ever. Why? Because for some odd reason they don't have a person to answer a phone. And talk to their potential customers. They have an annoying, redundant and repetitive automated system that doesn't understand basic requests. "Window Availability" Also, why do you need to know my payment method when I simply asked to request a quote? Great job Safelite.

Went here to make an appointment, but didn't need to. They fixed my window chip on the spot. In and out super quick and a great price!
