The place is obviously understaffed. And its obvious what to blame. Walk right in and see hiring for 13 an hour.Enough is enough if you want quality labor and happy customers pay your people at least 18.Its degrading.

The store is well kept compared to the other Ross that I’ve been to. Some staff are friendly but for the majority, the staff are cranky and doesn’t even greet you when you reach the register. This is the third or fourth time I’ve been here and each time, the cashier has NEVER greeted me. Could it be that I’m Asian? Idk because they seem to greet to the non Asian customers. Whether they think I know how to speak English or not, it’s always polite and professional to greet your customers.
