If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve called Allison multiple times to fix the paperwork they screwed up. She stopped answering my calls. Allison finally called the adjuster and left a message for them when I called 4 hours ago and she should have left the message then. She’s purposely keeping me from getting different insurance because she’s incompetent.

Reggie and team have always been there for us - homes, autos, RVs, and motorcycles. They are quick to respond to changes or questions whether over the phone, online or email. I know you have a lot of choices in this space, but this local team has taken very good care of us over the years, and I can confidently recommend them (and American Family).

Reggie and his staff make insurance easy. They are knowledgeable and do an excellent job explaining what coverages you need and why. If you are considering American Family as a company, I highly recommend getting quotes from this office.
