Called in for a tire repair and they got me in immediately. They pulled my loose tire out of the back of the truck. Fix it and put it right back in the truck for me. All around great service.

I have been a long time customer of Ray's tire and have thought highly of their services, until recently. I took my 2006 Jeep Liberty to Ray's Tire, on May 18 2023 because I had an issue with the ABS system, it was giving an error code pointing to the left rear speed sensor. The technician at Ray's supposedly went through my entire electrical system and diagnosed the issue to being a bad ABS module.I had a conversation with Bill, the store manager, and he recommended to me to send my ABS module in for repair to fix my issue, since Ray's does not have the capabilities to fix it.Under Bill's recommendations, I sent the module in for repair, it cost me $400, and was told my abs module bench tested fine. No issues! In the same conversation with Bill, as noted earlier, he suggested I take my car to Van Linn's, as they can resolve my ABS issue, too. Van Linn's can repair and program them.I took it to Van Lynn's for repair, under Bill's recommendation, and they diagnossed it as being a faulty speed sensor , which is a $35 dollar part, which should have been diagnosed properly by Ray's Tire expert tech!Van Lynn's replaced the faulty speed sensor and it fixed my issue with the ABS system and the issue was NOT the module as diagnosed per Ray's. As a result, i am out $700 for a $35 part. $400 for the abs module to bench tested, $60 at Ray's Tire, and another $275 at Van Linn's.Today, August 1st, 2023 I went to Ray's tire because i need new tires on my Jeep. I explained how Van Linn's fixed my Jeep with a $35 speed sensor. I also told him i was out $400 for my abs module repair when it was bench tested fine and the money was non_refundable. I asked Bill about tire prices and asked if he could give me a discount for the miss diagnose his tech did on my Jeep. It was a stern NO! Bill also found humour in how I was $700 lighter in my wallet because of the miss diagnose of my abs module from his less than qualified technician. He just stared at me with a evil smirk on his face. So, lesson learned, if you want good quality vehicle service from good qualified technicians, Do Not GO TO RAY'S TIRE. He will cost you extra money and laugh at you to your face! Not a very nice thing to do to a person or to a long time customer as I WAS. I definately suggest taking your vehicle work some place else.

Honest guys. They could’ve taken me to the bank but didn’t. Any other place would’ve taken advantage of the situation, but not them! I will definitely recommend them and use them as a place when needed.

I told the clerk I changed my mind and only wanted to have my engine air filter change instead of having only my two front tires replaced. Mechanic said the filter didn't need replacing. I was quoted $25 for engine air filter replacement. The clerk said that will be 7.29 which I thought was prorated due to the fact my filter didn't need replacing. It wasn't until I checked my bank account and found that Ray's Tires charged me $729 for four brand new tires I clearly didn't request. I will never enter this place again nor recommend anyone to be ripped off. Customers Please Beware!

Let me start off by saying, I am a 69 year old, fairly independent widow. I ended up stranded with a flat tire at the Kwik Trip in Winchester, WI, 90 miles from home. After calling AAA who outsource to a towing company (my 2015 Caravan does not have a spare, just a temporary repair kit) that was too busy to tow me, my Daughter-in-law from Mequon arrived. She removed the tire and we drove around the north side of Appleton, and stopped at 4 different places---no one had the time to fix my tire. Rays Tires is across the street from Fleet Farm so we walked in and the guys took care of us!!! Service beyond expectations!!! Chivalry is not dead. I can't say enough about the personal care they offered. I only wish I lived closer so I could always rely on them for Auto care!!!
