I bought a 9x12 and 6x9 wool rug for a client after purchasing this they charged me 422.00 for shipping!!! If I would have known this I would have had it shipped to a store but then I would have to pick it up which the closest store is 1 hour away. I will definately think twice before ordering a rug from this company!!

Pottery Barn...what can you say?Everyone knows what to expect, I'm a fan. I can't always afford to shop at Pottery Barn but its great for design ideas anyway.The staff is always very helpful or not, if you just want to browse they'll not interrupt.

Worst company To do Business with. Will never shop from them again and will tell everyone to not shop there. None of what their website says is true. Spent over $4,000 on lights and stools. Spoke to supervisors and none of them called back like they said. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I hope writing this review helps another person stop before they make a large purchase at Pottery Barn. I ordered the Pearce Sectional sofa in February of 2022. I received the sectional sofa in August at my home. The quality of the sofa was horrible. I have the exact Pottery Barn sectional sofa except for a different arm style that is approximately 10 years older. I called the Store where I placed my order and they said I had to take it up with customer service. Customer service allowed the return and they gave me a return authorization number. They scheduled a pick up for the sectional and the first attempt was a no show. I had to call the transport company and get them rescheduled for another pick up. The sectional was finally picked up. To date I still do NOT have my refund. I have called customer services countless times, the store where I purchased it, the BBB and emailed Pottery Barn with my refund request. I can’t get anyone to refund my money. Pottery Barn has had my money since February making interest off a significant chunk of money and I haven’t gotten any closer to getting the amount credited back to my card. Today 11/04/2022 I received three gift cards from Pottery Barn. What!!!!!! I’m not sure what the thought process was but now I have a new battle to fight. The last place I want to spend that amount of money at this point is Pottery Barn or any of the affiliated businesses. Please think twice before ordering any larger purchases from any of these sister stores.

Ordered furniture in September. We knew it would be unpredictable availability because of the current supply chain issues. This is not the issue.The logistics and intracommunication in regards to shipping and delivery has been abysmal. Zero proper follow through from sales rep to the shipping department. I’ve spent 7-8 hours on the phone myself, and our furniture is still in the wrong state and is going to miss our absolute deadline for our furniture needs.We were told multiple times that this issue had been addressed, and it would not be an issue. Couldn’t have been more incorrect.A joke of an experience for spending tens of thousands of dollars on furniture, and I will not be shopping here again.

Would never buy anything from PB again. Horrible experience shopping. Order was damaged on arrival and the replacement is supposedly coming months later. Waiting for 6 months for basic thing to get delivered is unacceptable. I can order international and it would arrive faster. Similar complaints online all over if you do a search. Keep this businesses model up PB if you want to see your company go under.

I had a horrible experience with my online purchase. The estimated time of my delivery was before Christmas (it was a gift), and the website was using an “order now to receive before Christmas” promotion. After I ordered they then let me know the gift would be late (arriving in get this...March). I complained and they didn’t act like they even cared. Their answer was sorry, but we will give you 20% off your next purchase. Why would I spend more money if you can’t get my original order right. I will never order from them again.

Same thing with its sister store Williams Sonoma at this mall-It's unwelcoming. I was waiting for help. I eventually asked for help bc only two people were on the floor around 1PM. They radioed for help and told me it might take a while so I walked out and returned later. There were more SAs at 3PM and one lady was welcoming, greeted me and offered to help me but like WS the SAs are just only friendly with people who look a certain way. I did get the print ups and estimates of something I was interested in buying but now that I've returned home and reflected on my experience there I'd rather buy my furniture from other stores where I feel welcome.

Went into store to order light for Christmas gift, the photographer tripod. After 30 minutes or more of employee looking for it on Web site I was informed it was free to house but 28 to store. Then after all the time had passed figuring this out ship date changed from December 9 to January 23. No offer to check other stores, Appleton store could use some training.
