“Tina is the best! Anyone complaining is probably a rude person themselves & projecting too much. These people work really hard so show some kindness & don't be mean to them. All they deal with are rude (& or stupid) customers all day & are very under staffed. 99.9% package delivery, personally, shipping thousands of mail items is pretty darn good. If you are one of the few who didn't get a package... breathe & remember it's not the person at the desks fault (the majority of the time). Odds are more likely it was stolen in my experience. USPS has only lost maybe 2 packages ever for me or screwed up maybe 3 which eventually came. Being a jerk isn't going to bring it any sooner. And always have your ID on you at all times anyway. Duh. Common. Sense. Accusing someone of something horrific (like one sicko did here...) says more about them in that case. Further it's not even remotely true seeing Tina almost every other day for a year now. Grow up people, please. I hope you get pulled over without an ID & hv that same attitude w the cop & see where that gets you. It's YOUR fault & yes imo you should feel stupid. Humans vent. You just did. Get over it! I feel better now.”
“I will always come to this usps location if I have the option when shipping things, even when I lived in Neenah. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. They’ve patiently explained different shipping options on multiple occasions. Best location in the Fox Valley by far.”
“I have gone to the Menasha Post Office for 20 years. The staff are very helpful and nice. Cool old building. You can also buy shipping stuff, gift cards for many places, and greeting cards.”
“I just had an exceptional USPS delivery person bring my package and mail to the door instead of stuffing it in our mailbox across the street. They saw me sitting by the door and handed it to me. They were very friendly yet professional, and quickly continued their route. Since so many of us are quick to post complaints I think we should also post compliments.”

“This post office over the last 6 years has been the best !! Always professional. Some people have retired now. But the new people have been very professional and do their job !! Parking is a little tight but post office is great ! All the post offices in Wisconsin need to model after this one !”
