The crew at Pomp's on Wisconsin Ave in Appleton WI were not only professional but were of great assistance when planning on what tires were needed. They could have tried to sell me more expensive equipment, but they asked what my budget was and stayed in it. I think I got my money's worth.

Prompt appointment, swift service when we came for the appointment, however whoever changed the oil neglected to replace the oil filler cap so oil sprayed out all the way home fortunately the cap caught on cable and was still on the motor saved replacing it ?

Selected tires online, scheduled appointment online, paid online, dropped off my truck 45 minutes before appointment time and it was done in an hour. Easy peasy, no issues.

Wonderful service! They very quickly repaired a tire for me that a competitor insisted was fine, despite continuing to have low tire pressure every single day. They replaced the tire stem valve where it was leaking and fixed another area that was leaking as well. The repair was very reasonably priced and all the staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back for other services! Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Pomp's this week! I worked entirely with Zach M & he was great! On Tuesday evening I got a flat on my AWD vehicle that ended up resulting in me deciding to get 4 new tires. Zach gave me different tire options and explained them all really well. The price was very fair for what I was getting, the service was fast + the customer service was great! Thanks again, Zach!
