The name brand clothes are nice to find here. But both times we’ve been in this year we’ve experienced very rude employees that make it unpleasant to come in. They didn’t even look through the clothes we brought in that had American Eagle, Nike, Hollister, Calvin Klein, and more (some of it just from a few months ago and never worn) and claimed it was all too outdated.

I've tried this location multiple different times looking for clothing. Everything is outdated, has stains, ripped, or looks like something a 10 year old would wear. I've come across better finds at goodwill. As for taking clothes they say they only want name brands. When I brought in a basket full of name brand clothes, some with tags still on, pink, Victoria secret, maurices, old navy, addidas, under Armour they didn't take anything and told me it needs to be in a 1-2 year time frame and wasnt the style that was in. Not sure what the "in" style is but based on what i seen on the racking its a retro outdated style now days I guess. Complete waste of time.

I spent 2 hours waiting for them to go through my clothes and when I came back my basket was where I left it with the same clothes on the top THEY DIDNT GO THROUGH MY BASKET and didn’t take anything WILL NOT RERUN TO THIS LOCATION! I would suggest checking out green bay or Wausau I’ve had great experiences with those stores ?

Don’t waste your time bringing anything in. It will be the biggest waste of time. 3 bags of clothes and a bag of shoes, they took 1 shirt for 3 dollars. Go somewhere else or donate to Goodwill.

I brought in 22 items, all which were in perfect condition. I checked in, they flew through items and offered me $17 for 4 of them. One of which were a pair of brand new, name brand, in style jeans that cost $98. They stated some had stains, or were out of style.( I get they look for a certain age frame to sell for) but none of my items had stains. I spent the 10-15 min looking through racks while I waited and couldn’t tell you how many items I came across that looked like something out of a goodwill bin (no offense). But I was extremely disappointed, will not return.

They barely took any items, kind of a waste of time. All my items were name brand and in good condition. Also when I picked up my items they said “we don’t take scrubs” - Not sure what I gave them that looks like scrubs so they must’ve mixed me up with someone else because I definitely didn’t bring any scrubs.

Staff was very attentive and easy to work with. Prices on consignment are fair for cash value and reflective of the prices they charge in store. Great shop!

edited for clarificationI had some decent items in my tote bag - Lulu, gymshark, adidas, and some tie dye pants among a few other things. They wanted a measly $14 dollars for two items. One of those items (a Lululemon align tank!) is very popular and could easily sell for $30 plus at Plato’s. And I believe it was only because it was on top and they probably decided not look at anything else. I also l brought a backpack, a purse and a gym bag and I was told “backpacks don’t sell here”…. I see those items there all the time. And I frequent this place at least every other week.Figured with back to school coming up those would easily sell!I was also told there was stains… I can guarantee that my items had barely any stains, if any… but yet I see stuff on the rack that have holes (not the jeans that are meant to have holes, either) and stains all the time. Just saw a purple workout tank with black marks all over it…Most of your employees are also incredibly snobby and rude. I’ve seen many other reviews saying the same exact thing. I haven’t used your kiosk system yet; and the girl with red curly hair and a Taylor Swift shirt was so snotty to me. She snapped “put your id here”, but that was not helpful at all, I still wasn’t sure how to. I asked her to help me and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. There’s a couple of your girls that are actually very sweet and helpful but most of them are not. I’ve seen reviews, and heard for myself where they blatantly negatively talk about customers WITHIN EARSHOT. Unacceptable. You guys definitely need to do some sensitivity training or hire all new staff. These teenage girls are not ready for the real world of work if they are going to treat other people like I’ve heard and seen. In times like this you guys cannot treat people this way.I’ve had luck selling here before - once I made $58 dollars. Another time I made another decent amount. But something must have changed since. I love getting a good deal here, but I’m never going to waste my time selling here ever again.
