Shout out to workers Ben and Isabel for going above and beyond for helping me with a raincheck order! I am so extremely thankful and grateful for them who truly care about a customer's order. This would have been a 5 star rating unfortunately, i deduct a star due to an older lady working at customer service who instead of helping me with my raincheck order. She yelled at me for the amount of raincheck item I had been promise already. Telling me, they do not a raincheck order for that amount. Thankfully, Ben and Isabel made it work! So all stars for them! They deserve a raise and more! ✨️ Need more workers like them!

I had bought meat that was clearly bad and reached out to hopefully get a refund, i called the day of and came in the next day and the lady told me on the phone i’d be refunded no problem. all i had to do was show images of the meat to verify and show how much it was and i was refunded. Cory who works over by self checkouts was very helpful and kind there was nobody on service but he saw i needed assistance and hopped behind the desk to help me out. I love the store overall one of the nicest pick n saves i’ve been to! it’s a beautiful layout and the workers so far have been very kind to me.

I went in and bought some soda for a party on the 10th and found out I bought the wrong soda so I went back into the store to return it and had no issue with the return process and the customer service employee was super polite and helpful. It is now 15 days later and I still have not received the money from the refund and when I looked online it said 5-7 business days, I waited until 8 business days before calling and asking and the first employee told me to wait a couple days as it might be a glitch. Second time I called the politely told me to come in and they could look up for the receipt and get it processed. When I went in I was greeted by the customer service employees politely and kindly but when the manager came over she started questioning me as if I was a thief and dismissing every answer I gave as if it was a lie and was told very snotty that I will need to leave my information and security can look into this. I even left my information for the security to look into it. I had the receipt at the time of the return but no longer have it because they never gave it back and I understand to have a return you need the receipt but to be treated like a criminal is unacceptable! I already made the return! I was questioned on what day the purchase was made, what time, what I bought, and who I made the return with, I answered all the questions and had the bank statements to show it but because I didn’t remember the name of the person who I made the return with I was treated like a scammer. I will be more than happy to update my review after the outcome but until then it is one star.

Music is too loud. Cashers are not knowledgeable about some payment methods.

My wife and I have been going to this location for 14 years.
But no longer.
Pick 'n Save's quality has been going downhill since Day One and dropped off a cliff since it got bought out by Kroger.
So many wrong-bad things to mention, but I don't want to get myself worked up, so I'm going to keep it to just a few.
Shelf stocking rates have declined dramatically. It is a crapshoot whether we'd get what we needed when we shopped.
The quality of meat has declined amazingly, so much so that we have not bought meat here for the last three years.
The produce quality is a joke. If I want fermented berries I'd go to the wine section, not the berry section.
The prices keep going up, up, and up, while the quality of service has gone down, down, and down.
And that's if you can find someone to help you. The Service Desk has been a joke since before Covid. The owners can't hire anybody because they won't pay quality wages.
A couple years ago they added an "Employee of the Month" parking space; we've only seen it in use once in all those years. Why? Because nobody who works there can afford a car. We see employees walking to and from the store all the time, many blocks away; how poor are their wages that they cannot even afford to take the bus?
Very obviously, ownership does not care about ANY of this. They just keep shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic that is this location, hoping, I guess, for a miracle?
Apparently, they were too busy trying to push us to join their website/app to get the best discount deals. We've had the damn cards since day one, what more info could you possibly need? Oh right, it's no longer used to maximize data on our purchases in order to better maintain inventories; now it is about monetizing customer data so it can be sold off to whomever, to maximize profits.
Well, after tonight's sad, terrible, craptastic visit, we've decided we're finally done.
It is further away, and now only slightly more expensive; but from now on we are going to give our custom to Festival on Oneida.
So, we bid a sad, un-mourned farewell to a store that has become a sad, pathetic shell of its former self. Not that it was ever great, or even really good, but it was closest to home, and the quality was at least satisfactory... once upon a time.

I have gone here maybe 10 times in the year we have lived in Appleton. The prices are high in general. Almost every item is a dollar more per item even when on sale. Some sale items also don’t register when you scan them which is deceiving when the signs are up by the item when you pick it up.
The machines used to be loud, but thankfully they turned the volume down. The wordage the machines use is very off putting though just demanding you put money in them and it doesn’t give you any time to get the next item before it’s nagging at you to hurry and scan the next item. They only use self check out at night which is annoying because being a mom of little kids I only have time at night to shop when my husband gets home if I want to go without kids. With self check out there isn’t enough room to put all the items I need to buy for a family, but if I start putting items in different spots the cameras go off and show video of me that looks like I’m stealing and the attendant has to come check the receipt and fix it before I’ve even tried to pay.
For Mother’s Day my husband tried to get me nice things and got chocolate covered strawberries and a rose inside of a glass ball. The strawberries were leaking and rancid and we couldn’t eat them and the globe leaked water all over and smelled like Elmer’s glue. It’s very disappointing. It’s not the first time I’ve had bad fruit from there. I’m now firm on the idea that this particular Pick and Save is no good. I for sure won’t be buying produce here anymore. My husband always prefers Pick and Save over other grocery stores, but he is pretty convinced now as well about this location. It’s a shame because it’s the closest to us, but it’s just not worth any money you spend there. Half of the things I’ve bought here have just gone in the garbage.

The Service Desk is closed "Due to staff shortage" every time I've gone in for the past 2 months.
Edit: 9 months and running.

With inflation running high on grocery prices, I have found that pick n save Appleton ( Calumet), has done a great job keeping our budget in line. We recently tried the breaded pork chops that were marked down...AMAZING!! Enjoy the friendliness of the employees as well. My buddy Eric and Michelle, Kathy and Neil.

Pick n Save has consistently exceeded my expectations, solidifying its place as a top-notch grocery destination. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an atmosphere of warmth and welcome, indicative of their commitment to customer satisfaction. The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, making every shopping trip a breeze. What truly sets Pick n Save apart, however, is their remarkable selection of fresh, high-quality produce and groceries. Whether you're planning a gourmet meal or looking for healthy snack options, you'll find everything you need under one roof. The staff here goes above and beyond, always ready with a smile to help you locate items or offer suggestions. Now, onto the highlight of any visit to Pick n Save: their donuts. To say their donuts are amazing would be an understatement. Each one is a masterpiece of perfect texture and flavor, from the classic glazed to more inventive creations. It's clear that they put a lot of care and expertise into their bakery section, making it a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. The combination of a friendly, helpful staff, a wide range of products, and those unbeatable donuts makes Pick n Save a standout grocery store. It's not just a place to shop; it's an experience that keeps you coming back for more. Whether you're a regular customer or new to the area, Pick n Save is sure to impress with its quality, selection, and service.

I have been trying to get ahold of somebody at the store for a day. And a half now. The other day I bought tenderloin from the meat department. I cooked it and it had it overbearing taste of detergent/soap and was not edible. I'm not looking for a hand out or anything for free. I'm just trying to let somebody know And it is impossible to get a hold of anybody.

Unbelievably long self checkout line which is a COMMON occurrence at a store that’s never really busy. No limit on # of items so customers with carts full will clog the line. Place is frequently short staffed which is a reflection on management and Kroger. Hate that this is the closest pick n save to me.
