Very Happy with this store! We've been there about a dozen times now and have never been disappointed. Extremely nice employees! Greeted upon entrance, some asking if we needed any assistance and a couple of times we did! So that was awesome 👌 we didn't have to find someone! The young, professional and knowledgeable girl explained all the different kinds of calming chews for one of our anxiety ridden cats. We enjoyed looking around and seeing the pets!! It didn't smell, the aisles were all clear and clean and well stocked. One time we bought a tree for our cats...display model so they gave us a discount. We bought a huge cage for only $129....was a great deal and my oldest girl just loves it! She's had 2 litters and just wants peace and her own space! Super kind at check out and genuine when thanking us! Very good experiences every single time!

The clerance deals were all right. The reward system is OK but some of the staff members aren’t very friendly. I was not welcomed when I got into the store and the cookies that they sell are prepackaged and they’re like three dollars a piece not worth it. This is a big store you can get lost very easily and the way that they set up their aisles does not make sense. I went to the small animal section and it’s not big enough. They have barely anything even the dog toys there’s a small aisle my dog couldn’t find a toy that she liked.

I shop for aquarium supplies here, and they generally have anything I need. I just wish the snails could be gotten under control a little better. I take extra care when getting fish, and sometimes I still wind up with snails in my tank anyway. But that issue is prevalent with most pet stores, so I can't be too upset about it.
