It’s now fully cycled, and sustaining life well, the owner left a lasting impression on me that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I feel supported knowing that I can call the store if I have something major go wrong in the future. I will definitely be back, to purchase fish and inverts in the future. If it wasn’t for his help, and guidance on exactly what to do, I wouldn’t have been successful.So to whomever is reading this, and is a newbie like I was, this man will help you. Just take his advice clearly, and FOLLOW IT. He’s a marine biologist, he knows what he’s doing, and I couldn’t be happier with the things I purchased from him, my dried rock now had diatoms growing, everything he sells is top tier. If he doesn’t sell it, don’t use it… I learned my lesson with the Fluval sea hydrometer, and should have gotten the instant ocean one he sold instead. Mine doesn’t work now, but I have a proper refractometer, so it’s okay. He taught me to research EVERYTHING throughly and find out WHY things are the way they are before doing ANYTHING. Super grateful.

Greeted upon entrance, some asking if we needed any assistance and a couple of times we did! So that was awesome ? we didn't have to find someone! The young, professional and knowledgeable girl explained all the different kinds of calming chews for one of our anxiety ridden cats. We enjoyed looking around and seeing the pets!! It didn't smell, the aisles were all clear and clean and well stocked. One time we bought a tree for our cats...display model so they gave us a discount. We bought a huge cage for only $129....was a great deal and my oldest girl just loves it! She's had 2 litters and just wants peace and her own space! Super kind at check out and genuine when thanking us! Very good experiences every single time!

She charges a small handling fee for grumpy old men like our Emmett, but it's totally worth it. I took him to a couple of other places and they did not handle him as gently. He started out a little shy around other dogs, but now has gotten comfortable and runs in the door any time we go. The arrangement for care and the visit were, as always appropriately provided by kind and competent staff. The multiple health issues Princess has makes a thorough assessment with gathering history and changes in Princess's behavior, routine as well as symptoms, diet, mobility, etc. necessary. I have always felt the staff are patient, thorough, and use critical thinking skills to gather health history, determine and discussing wanted testing, and needs of patient and family for the comfort and peace of mind for all. This team weathers all changes and continues to deliver outstanding care for our pets; our family.

The fries are salty, the buffalo chicken wrap was thick- did not need a side - and I liked that I could put vanilla flavor in my Diet Pepsi. The staff was nice, there were a few booths and a few tables. Easy lunch place.
