First time ever in a party city. I wanted a custom balloon order. Very rude employees with no help/direction on what to do. Didn’t explain anything to me. My total was double what I had picked out on my phone and what I first showed the ladies at the counter. She was very rude in “trying” to help. then proceeded to check out other customer as I was trying to figure out what I needed to get, again with no direction from the employees. Would not go back. I wish there were other places around here to get balloons.

I find most things I need here for my parties. They have some unique items that are not in other stores. They have a huge assortment with many themes and seasonal party supplies too!

I went in to purchase a non-candy treat to hand out for trunk-or-treat. I was pleased to find something in an acceptable price range. I also liked the selection of items available.

Ordered last minute balloons and a tiara for my bestfriends bday. They had it ready before i got there. They were prompt and accurate. Also they actually cared about a customers satisfaction. they kindly bagged my huge balloon bouquets with out needing to be asked.

I like to stop by this store with my daughter to get balloons. They have a huge selection. I have gotten large party collections all the way down to just one balloon. One time, my daughter let the Ballon go, inside the store, and it was immediately lost. They replaced it with no additional charge.We stopped by today and I like that they still have tons of costumes to choose from, even though it's not October. Currently have a fun selection of summer activities to purchase. Always with the birthday decor, baby shower decor, and such.

Seems to be getting a bit run down inside. The day I was there, the staff wasn't super friendly. It's still a great place to get balloons and specific party supplies if you don't want to order online. Price is high for generic paper plates and cutlery.

I placed my order incorrectly online (forgot to select inflation for balloons) and the staff was nice enough to catch my mistake and still inflate the balloons for free.
