Felt like we were bothering the counter guy. Was snappy and showed no ingest in helping us or about our project. This is the third time e felt with him and all 3 times were the same. Will drive farther to another NAPA store before going back here.

Stopped in today to see about a fitting for my compressor. The gentleman that helped me was awesome. He was able to advise me on the fitting and found the one that worked. Very happy with the service. Napa is the place to go for parts!!

I had called NAPA on Sunday, January 9, 2022 looking for Traction Recovewhich are tracks to put on your back tires because we are going to Montanafor a hunting trip so I talked to a gentleman named Todd and he said they didn't have them and I asked where he thought we could get some and he named some places to check. Well he had checked and he called us back saying he could get a 2 pack and would have them in the store after 1:00 PM on Monday. Now that is service. Saved us a lot of time and running around. I picked them up yesterday and it was fun talking to him and again I told him thank you so much. Apparently they don’t follow their own store hours. I reached at 6:45 PM to pickup an online order but the guy behind sales counter won’t open locked door and just signaled me to leave. I think not valuing your customer’s time is very bad service.

Ordered my Antifreeze online. Says available Tuesday, today is Sunday. All good I can wait, right. Order goes through. Calls me after a bit. Tells me that unless I buy an entire case of 6 that they can't get me the item. I only ordered 2. He double checked. Calls me back after a while. 2pts for quick service and canceling the order. -1pt for the website not being accurate to get me the item or saying the store has stock in the item. Autozone had it on the shelf with no problems, no ordering extra.

Apparently when they don't feel like answering the phone they just hang up the line without even answering. This isn't the first time this has happend here either. It's one long time employee that continually does it and I even confronted him about it years ago and he laughed. Pretty terrible service.
