I regularly visit this location as a local working a middle shift. Tonight I arrived and there were two workers, a young lady and older gentleman. As I entered the first words out of the man’s mouth were something along the lines of “what do you need yankee” I asked why he said that and he stated he’s from Kentucky. The only register open wouldn’t process payment after scanning items and when I asked what was going on he stated it’s only cash. So I said, “ well then it’s good y’all have an ATM”. I went to the ATM in store after entering my card was told now they could can take card at the register. I went back to the register and I finished my transaction. The two disappeared into a back room. Being experienced in management of customer service I called the store as I got back in my vehicle. The employees in the now back office did not answer the store phone. Some of these representatives working lately are becoming a reason I’d rather drive the extra couple miles to a Kwick Trip.

I don't normally stop at MotoMart and I can say I won't be stopping again. Asked for two packs of Marlboro cigs and when asked for ID- I said that's a little ridiculous and was told that they don't make the rules??? My birthdate year is 1967- really??? Had to ask for the Marlboro 2 pack special and a bag for my drinks. So what customer service training do you offer your employees?

Terrible customer service, the manager is a racist, she threw money at my boyfriend because he only had a large bill and she didn’t have the change for it. She then got us permanently kicked out because she “doesn’t like us” Hire better employees!

Poor service, rude, in there every day for 5 years yet on my 44th bay couldn't buy cigarettes bcz I didn't have id. Then they have me wrong cigarettes after all that hassle. # change mngmnt!!

Have never been to a gas station with worse customer service. Stoped for gas and I need a bottle of water. Went in to be "greated" by two of the most unfriendly employees I have come across. Unfriendly in all deffinations a of the word.

Bought a bad sandwich from this place. Went back about an hour later to explain the situation and they didn’t acknowledge anything that I said. I will never return.

I go in here regularly to buy cigarettes and they card me every single time. I'm 40 years old! And I know I don't look that young. Not to mention they should remember me by now. Also they messed up my cigarette order once and I had bought several different kinds and didn't notice the mistake until I got out to the car. When I went back inside both of the girls working claimed they didn't know how to do a refund. So I left the cigarettes I didn't want, along with my receipt and was told they would leave a note for the manager with my information which never happened. I went in the next day to try to get the situation fixed and they acted like I was lying until they finally looked it up in the computer and found my purchase. So the problem got fixed but not without a big ordeal that could of been avoided had the employees done what they said they would it had they been properly trained.

Moto Mart does a great job, Friendly people, best coffee in town.They have some really good sandwiches, Great place to take a break.
