I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already.
