“I have been associated with Lincare, they are an excellent company for getting my supply of oxygen. I have an oxygen machine and also have portable oxygen canisters. I had a problem with the machine making noises and the lights flashing a few weeks ago. I called Lincare at 7:30 am, they wanted to know what my problem was, I explained the noises, the person took all information. I called Lincare in Appleton, WI at 7:50 am.The person new of my problem and said bb John was on the phone an knew of my problem. I talked with bb John, he said he would be bringing me a new machine, my machine was still supplying oxygen. BB John is so through when explaining things, always makes sure I have all the supplies I need. He is so caring and considerate, makes you feel like you're family. He is certainly a top notch person. My thanks go out to bb John, and the other people I deal with at Lincare.”

“Had my first appointment today to switch to Bayside Medical for my CPAP supplies. I have used 2 different companies in Illinois previously and was underwhelmed with both. I had to remain on top of everything as they made many mistakes. They also had very poor reviews. I decided to give Bayside Medical a try and was so pleasantly surprised. Crystal was wonderful and amazingly helpful. I should have made this change years ago. It would have saved me so much grief.”

She was very kind and cordial, always pleasant to interact with.The other employee I wish to recognize and commend is Casey. He helped me so much to ease a concern I had about my CPAP machine and to assure me that he would be able to order a new one for me, which thankfully went through immediately. He too was so personable, he knew the equipment so well and again very easy to talk to about concerns etc.It’s not always easy, in my case to trust the medical profession, and who they hire but in this case both of these employees need to know how valuable they are to Theda Care At Home.”
