I didn't know where to go for a flat tire on my wheelbarrow, so I called Matthews for advice. They said, "just bring it in and we'll take care of it". I dropped off both of them in the afternoon and they were ready for pick up the next morning. The cost for two inner tubes plus labor was waaaay less than buying a new wheelbarrow.

Found a large screw in my tire yesterday during work! Went directly to Matthew Tires, where I bought them over a year ago. They had the tire fixed and I was back on the road in an hour! No charge, tire repair is free with purchase! Made my day!

Brought my car in and the ended Scratching my car with also body damage to it probably didn't run a license the stereo wheel is now not straight and the car pulls to the left and also broke my inside door handle.

My car was taken in shortly after the appointment time (within 5 minutes). Oil change and break lamp replacement performed in a reasonable amount of time. They also made their usual thorough checks of the systems letting me know about sparkplug and necessary coolant checks. (Past due regular maintenance - I hate living on a tight budget. Very helpful and courteous staff.

I came in thinking the seal around my tire and rim had a slow leak. It ended up that I had a nail in my tire and I had to replace all 4 tires.
Robert worked with Goodyear to give me a partial credit from the manufacturer towards the cost of replacement tires. He provided 3 tire options and got everything completed the same day.
I appreciate all the extra effort in making this not as bad of a day!

The service from Matthew’s was exceptional! I had a lug nut that I couldn’t get off and the service mechanic got it off and replaced right away. The cost was much lower than what I was prepared to pay. Awesome service and I will get my next tires from Matthew’s for sure!
