After stopping at 5 other tire shops, finally a place that knows what they are doing. Needed a simple extension, most didn't even know where to get it. These guys rock. Trishas helped me, as well as a young tire tech who's name I forgot (sorry). Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, had what I needed! If you have -any- tire needs in the valley, check them out.

I highly recommend not going here if you value your wheels whatsoever. They scratched mine all to hell and all he offered in retirn was to "touch them up. Nothing I can do!" I will not return and will make sureI inform others of what happened.

The Waupaca shop was so great to deal with! I’m a woman who did not take auto-shop, big mistake! And dealing with car repairs can be intimidating. They did the job honestly, fast and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. Highly recommend! Above and beyond good experience for me!

Very impressive waiting and service area. Updated and very busy. Downside is that it is hard to get last minute appointment in case of urgent help since they are so busy.

My brakes sounded awful - I called Rick at the Van Roy Road location at 9am to try and get my vehicle in as soon as possible. I also had meetings throughout the day and needed a vehicle. He told me to come right in and drop off the car and that I could use a loaner vehicle for the day. The staff at Matthews had my vehicle fixed by 2pm! The service is amazing!

I bought a set of four Goodyear Wrangler Tires from them. The lug nuts were not properly torqued, they were only hand tightened. I lost a wheel on the highway, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle. Yet they claim no responsibility. I would recommend that you buy tires from someone else.
