This isn’t for this particular location, just the entire company across the board. DO NOT PURCHASE the shampoo “Big” if you have colored hair. I was recommended to use this product and just freshly got my hair dyed, it completely stripped the color. Be aware, lesson learned, never buying from the company again.

Myself, my 8 year old and my 4 year old daughters walked in there on my daughter's birthday and the young man who helped us was so sweet. He let them smell things, wanted to do a demo and gave us a few little samples. He even snuck in some rainbow playdough with a note saying happy birthday. Such a sweet guy and such a neat store! I wish I would have gotten remembered his name so I could share that!

Did you know you can get samples of gave masks here? And more than enough for at least 1 application! The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and I know I'm making a positive impact on the environment when I shop here.

Don't really care for the type of products they sell. Seems cheap and maybe more like for teen demographics. Doesn't compare to bath and body products, higher quality and variety of products and scents.

Oh my, I was very impressed with the knowledge of the clerks! I ❤️ that I could get samples and was given a few options for a face mask that would help with my dry face. Will definitely be making more purchases!!

Our first time in Lush and the fragrances alone will have you in heaven.I let my son get the little carrot bubble bath you hold under water, which he LOVED, cause it turns the water the color of the carrot, and he chose blue.We have yet to use the bath bomb :)

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They have several value oriented products as well as some more expensive items. The scents in the store can be a little overwhelming if you have sensory issues so brace yourself before going in.

I love lush ! They care about the environment ❤️ This store is aesthetically pleasing inside . With great displays . I bought a few shower bombs that smell amazing and received a free sample too . Workers where friendly !
