Lilron was so helpful with putting together and revising quotes. She did a great job helping me understand why Lovesac is a great option for my family with the washable covers, semi-water resistant cushions, lifetime warranty on the frame. I would definitely go back and work with Lilron again!

Morgan helped me immensely! I couldn’t figure out why my cushions didn’t fit and she helped me get the ones I should have ordered! My couch is perfect now!! THANKS MORGAN!! ?

Worked with the Manager Tera yesterday. Provided exemplary service. Answered all my questions I was nervous about the cost but after working with her I see the value. Very impressed she seemed to genuinely care about making sure I have the right solution told me about financing. I didn't know I could get chargers for the couch too. Will be back to order soon!!
