On hold with them right now and lies, lies, and more lies! There's a reason why they were in trouble for fraud! Sent me wrong supplies and missing pieces, wont send me correct, says I have to wait until a UPS label is sent to me. wait what? in this day and age they cant and wont send you a label via email? Here I sit now for weeks without my CPAP supplies and no resolution. I am calling my insurance company and letting them know they're charging for items I didn't receive and also for wrong items! I WANT OUT FROM USING THEM!!!!!!

They don't seem to like to work with people. They insist on getting all payments in full when they know that's not possible. They then like to send foolish letters wanting money in full even when payments are being made. News flash! You aren't the only people we owe money to. No other company takes the time to waste paper to send such foolishness! You can't get water from a dry sponge! Learn to work with people not send foolishness in the mail and learn compassion and understanding. One star is too many!

I have been associated with Lincare, they are an excellent company for getting my supply of oxygen. I have an oxygen machine and also have portable oxygen canisters. I had a problem with the machine making noises and the lights flashing a few weeks ago. I called Lincare at 7:30 am, they wanted to know what my problem was, I explained the noises, the person took all information. I called Lincare in Appleton, WI at 7:50 am.The person new of my problem and said bb John was on the phone an knew of my problem. I talked with bb John, he said he would be bringing me a new machine, my machine was still supplying oxygen. BB John is so through when explaining things, always makes sure I have all the supplies I need. He is so caring and considerate, makes you feel like you're family. He is certainly a top notch person. My thanks go out to bb John, and the other people I deal with at Lincare.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! This is the WORST medical place I have ever dealt with and should be charged with Medicare & Medicaid fraud.My CPAP machine would not turn on at all about a month after getting it. I called and they told me someone would be out to pick it up. They never showed up!!! I then continued to make calls once a week to my "sleep support team." They also documented my calling and that the machine was not working. They would then transfer me to the local Appleton office which would put me on hold for about 20 minutes then hang up on me. This happened over and over.Yesterday I received 3 letters dated 1 day apart from Lincare saying they have been trying to contact me for being non-compliant. I called again. She called the local office-- they left me on hold again! They told me they were going to pick it up and fix it. I got a call first thing the next morning-- no one in thier office does pick up. Twenty minutes later they are picking it up. NOT TO FIX IT, but because I am non-compliant.Again, they are the worst! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

What a good experience I had with Lincare, and Morgan and Scott at the Lincare site in Appleton, WI. My five year old Resmed CPAP machine was not working right and needed to be replaced. Scott lent me a machine until I could get a new one and now I have a new state of the art machine and I'm sleeping great. Thank you, also, to the people I have talked to on the phone regarding appointments and supplies. Each person is professional and kind. Thank you Lincare!

I was just on hold from 4:15 pm until 5:43 pm waiting to speak to someone about a billing questions. That they someone will be with you shortly. They close @ 5 pm. I think they were ignoring my phone call. Because I was having trouble with them on last Wednesday 3-25-23 about my CPAP machine. Now, they don't answer my phone calls. They are very disrespectful to their clients, now I'm changing my CPAP equipment & supplies company to a company that is local for I don't have to go through this again.

Excellent experience from BB John. He is a great representative for Lincare. Patient, respectful, thourough. Did a great job explainning operation of oxygen tanks. Had a different company in the past and they were impatient!

Scott (Center Manager) was excellent. I had called several times previously and did not get any satisfaction from other staff. This time I spoke to Scott and he had me come in the same day to discuss other options and took care of my needs. He was very pleasant and helpful!! Great Guy!

The staff at the Appleton office is great! One of my clips broke on my CPAP mask and they dug through their supplies and was able to fine me replacement clips at no charge! Excellent customer service ...at least at the local level!

My experience with Jill at Lincare was super! She took her time explaining everything about my cpap machine. I am glad I went through Lincare for my cpap. Their service was faster than any other place my insurance checked with. Thank you!

Scott was very helpful with fitting me with facial masks. The one I tried overnight didn't workout so he had me come back in a timely manner to try on another one. He adjusted it for me and explained the usage. Had me call him the following day to inform him how it worked out,. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Scott and the lady who answered the phone.

I have dealt with Lincare Appleton off and on for several years. First with my dad who was doing home INR testing and now with my husband who is needing a CPAP.Firstly, when you call an actual person answers the phone. That in itself is praiseworthy. Everyone I have talked to about anything has treated me with respect and compassion. I’ve worked with their pharmacy in Florida to order supplies and have never had a bad experience. The people I’ve talked with in the Appleton office have been helpful and pleasant to work with. All in all very professional and easy to work with.

I was working out of town in Appleton and my CPAP machine wasn’t working. I called LinCare and they were able to troubleshoot my machine and were very helpful and friendly! I wasn’t even one of their customers. Thank you very much!
