Casey and Buck did a great job of getting us in without an appointment while we were out on the road with a 32 foot motorhome. They fix the broken brake line in three hours and we’re back on the road. Thank you so much.Also, the upstairs waiting room with a big window to look out on the shop was fun and made the time go by.

We were camping in Hilbert, Wisconsin and decided to go into Appleton. While driving our F-250 Diesel truck the engine light came on, the truck started clattering and we lost turbo boost power. We drove to Les Stumpf Ford and spoke with Matt. He said they couldn't even look at it but did recommend L&S Truck Center behind the dealership. They were able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road the next day. Kirk at L&S even called the rental car company and got us a discount. We realize not everyone can work on diesel trucks and we're very lucky to find a good diesel shop who could get to it quickly. Thanks to all the excellent service and friendly people at L&S. If we are ever in the area again and need service we will definitely look them up.

Had an axle seal leak. Was quoted a price from an independent shop that was twice the cost that L & S charged me. Very happy with their service.

BUYER BEWAREI Made contact with a salesman at L & S and was looking for a F350 dump truck that They had in stock, several phone calls over a two day period and several more Texts confirming my interest and financing which I secured, when finally the salesman sent me a cryptic text saying he was working to button down my deal, only to find out that the truck was already sold, He then called me back a day later and told me they had another almost exact unit and he would send me the details, the unit was the same price as the previous truck, so I asked for a confirmation and info to update the financing to the new unit, Then miraculously the price shot up 9,000.00 due to the "current market conditions" ... this is how they do business. No Thanks,No scruples, a wasted 3 days of chasing my tail to get abused by this business.

I was in Wisconsin on business, and the oil needed to be changed on my F350 - I scheduled the oil, transmission fluid, and radiator flush. When I showed up, I was advised they only had time to do the oil. Upon completion, I was advised all fluids were topped off! I left, and the next day, I went to use the wiper fluid, and it ran out on me the next day, so I wasn't too confident about all those fluids being topped off. I scheduled the remaining needed services about a month later. I just returned home pulling a 5th wheel camper, and my truck alerted me to my engine overheating. I took the truck to an oil change location, and they found the problem to be the cap was not replaced on the anti-freeze tank. They added four gallons to my truck's reservoir, and I walked across the street and picked up a cap at Auto Zone.What an incompetent outfit.

Traveling cross country for 4 months we encountered trouble with Ford dealers refusing to perform a simple oil change on our type of RV. Kirk in the service department was able to provide us same day service. Also Brandon in parts was able to find us some rare fuses off site and have them for us before we left the facility. The assigned mechanic also caught a tire valve problem during the general inspection. Again thanks to your organization for the great service.

I brought my motorhome here for an oil change, which went well. I took it back because it was leaking oil, I do not necessarily think the cause of the leak was anything they did. However, when I took it back to them to possibly get it fixed it was an utter disaster. First, they told me there was no leak at all. Implying I must have just imagined it I guess? Then after proving to them that it was indeed leaking (there was fresh oil under it), they told me they would look at it again. Came back with a quote of $500 and then when I decided against having them do the work they charged me over $100 just for having them look at it for less than an hour. I did the work myself and it took no time at all, without a doubt would have been a rip off to pay $500 for it. The female mechanic I spoke to was nice. However, I will not be giving this business anymore of my money and will actively discourage anyone I know from going here.

They don’t stand behind their work. Had a repair done which was done incorrectly resulting in more costly problems. Went back to L&S with the issue and they took zero ownership.
