Kwik trip is to me Kwik trip's customer service is that of a king crab. raising prices to incredible highs as other gas stations lower their prices to compete to stay open.Kwik Trip 32oz refill of coffee-water or hot chocolate is $2 - $3 including a crab of customer service. Fleet Farm is .80 all sizes and includes outstanding customer service. Other stations around $1 lowering prices just to stay in business.

Normally come here for gas and to get a drink, but I decided to try their custard filled donuts with sprinkles and chocolate icing. I’ve had these before and last time they were pretty good, however, this time the custard tasted spoiled. There’s no reason it should have a sour, citrusy, lemon-like flavor when there was no indication that it was that flavor. The custard didn’t even feel like custard either. It was very solid.

So we are from Michigan, not Wisconsin, and the gas pumps there happen to be different. We were filling up gas and confused on how to do the pumps here, and a worker saw and came outside and explained how and we said we didn’t realize there was a difference here and she said that all gas stations are like that and we said we weren’t from here so it’s different and she said “good, don’t come back” and was yelling rudely and such. It’s almost funny to me that people like that can just get away with being like that at their job and not have repercussions. But if i’m bring honest it’s sad that this review is coming from a 16 year old who has more common sense to treat people with respect than like a 25-30 year old women.

Terrible the egg and ham sandwiches were cold and the ham was old. The cinnamon rolls were kinda hard. Wil not order from them. The one on Richmond in Appleton is way better.This one was on Northern Ave in Appleton

The woman that talks like she's speaking to a baby was very rude. I have met her before and thought she was very nice. After this last two me I was very disappointed that this wasn't the case. I'd appreciate respect when rejecting to use the Kwik trip card. Please be nice to customers who pay a pretty penny for gas, sandwiches and good service. Employees are a big part of a company and if that's not the case with this store then shut it down.

My experience with the #650 kwik trip in appleton was horrible. I pay the pump by credit card and the pump ask me to go see the cashier, so i did. So i told the cashier to put $30 onto pump #17. So i end up putting $26.82…i went inside and told the cashier that i only put $26.82 on pump #17, but the cashier said that i “DID” put all $30 into the pump…good thing i print out the receipt or else they will charge me $30 instead of 26.82. My last question is “if i paid $30 by credit card inside, and ended up not using all the $30. Do you guys (kwik trip) charge me the amount i put into my car or the whole $30?” Kwik Trip is my favorite place to go gas up but i don’t know if it’s still my favorite after this experience..
