If you want a breakfast sandwich and you are driving through just keep going past this kwik trip.. 3 stops in last 2 weeks and not a single time was there a bacon egg and cheese... I will not be back to this place! Stop at any other kwik trip between 645-715 a.m and there are at minimum 6 on the rack!

Customer service was horrible.Waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before I had to yell to the back and ask for some assistance. I paid for some gas and went out to the pump and it wasn't working for 87 (both pumps I went to mind you).So I go in and say I need it switched to a different pump. The girl behind the counter cancels the transaction to refund me to put it on a different pump without consulting me. I ask her why and she tells me to put it on another pump. Ive never had an issue with moving payment from pump to pump before at any other gas station. I tried it again and same thing at the other pump. I went in and demanded a refund. I'm short almost $60 because of this incident. I've got money on hold because of someone else's actions. I won't be coming to this Kwik Trip in the near future.

Title: Disappointed and Disgusted: A Nightmare at Kwik TripI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Kwik Trip while BECKY was working, and I must say, it was nothing short of a nightmare.The customer service at Kwik Trip was an absolute joke. The employees (Becky) seemed disinterested and lethargic, barely acknowledging my presence, let alone providing any assistance. It was as if they had been trained to ignore customers altogether. The apathy exhibited by the staff was beyond unacceptable and reflected a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I normally don't leave reviews but here goes nothing, Great employees very nice ppl but Horrible Fast Food , Especially the Fried chicken, it looks good but tastes ?????
