The staff here is amazing! When my car was in an accident and I needed a place to go, they gave me a great quote and provided outstanding service. The owners are amazing and we'll go out of their way to do anything to help you. The work is phenomenal and they offer very quick turnaround. So very glad I found them, I will be a long time customer!

Andrew and the crew are tremendous!! In every situation when I needed their services, they ALWAYS worked seamlessly with our insurance company, communicated honestly and directly about the nature of the repairs needed and time required to complete the repairs, and completed the job with excellent results. Without hesitation, I will direct those I know to Ken's Auto Body Shop, so that they can experience the tremendous service and results as I have.

What a great experience! Everyone at the shop was super nice. Andrew helped me get everything moving right away and was very easy to contact throughout the whole process. rental was set up so I had something to drive while my car was getting fixed, and amazing prices on all my repairs.
Got everything taken care of super fast, and I swear my car might look better now than it did before my accident!
Overall amazing service.
Thanks to everyone at Ken's for helping me through a tough time!

I hope I will never in need of body shop again ? but if I do never bring my vehicle to this one. The guy in the front desk so unprofessional plying videos game while I was talking to him? and what it supposed to take one week for a little scratch it took two months for them to finally done their job and I said their job bc when i came to pick it up it wasn't done one little part of the bumper was still scratch but the guy didn't said anything until i mentioned ??♀️ he said he have to order the part and it takes a month ? we have to call them and check if they have the part yet bc they never take the time to called us, finally they have the part i brought my car in it took 30 min to replace it when they done they just told me was done they all went inside closed the doors, I checked,guess what? They damage another part of the bumper not saying anything again ??♀️ maybe they thought I'm not going to notice ? but I took pics of after and before ? never again ?

First shop I brought my vehicle to insisted I needed far more electrical work done than I thought necessary. Ken's Auto Body identified root of the issue and started there instead of trying to talk me into spending far more than I needed to.

Let me tell you, I was sweating bullets after that unfortunate incident with the shopping cart (don't judge!). My car, usually a source of pride, looked like it went a few rounds with a rogue grocery buggy. But then I took it to Ken's Auto Body, and let me tell you, they were lifesavers (or should I say, car-savers?).
From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They assessed the damage quickly and thoroughly, explaining everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms. No jargon, no pressure, just honest communication.
They worked with my insurance company to streamline the whole process, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Plus, they offered a courtesy car which kept me mobile while my own vehicle was getting the royal treatment.
Now, here's the real magic: The repair work itself. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely immaculate! Not a trace of the dent, the paint job gleamed like a mirror, and somehow, the interior looked even spiffier than I left it. It seriously looked better than the day I drove it off the lot.
Ken's Auto Body truly exceeded my expectations at every turn. They're the perfect combination of expertise, excellent customer service, and genuine care. Owner and staff are extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend them for all body work! The work and overall professionalism is impressive! The knowledge of the staff and owner has also impressed me and I could not recommend any other Auto Body shop. If I could give a higher rating, I would.

As a woman, I obviously know nothing about cars and it has burned me in the past with other shops, but Ken's was an entirely different experience. The staff was incredible and so friendly - they explained everything in a way that was easy for me to digest, and my car feels and looks brand new! I can't imagine going anywhere else
