Jason, one of your employee's that work at the location. On College Ave in Appleton , WI 54914. I believe he is the manager. Outstanding service and a outstanding company representative. He definitely keeps the wife and I only coming to your company for all our car care needs. He explains things down to the tiniest detail, if needed. And always goes above and beyond for all of your customers. When I come into this location I'm blown away at how much they get done for us the customers and for your company. He and his fellow employees really make it seem like the CARE about us the customers

I just had my very first visit to a Jiffy Lube and it was honestly such a sensational experience! I got the chance to speak to almost each mechanic and they were more than helpful. Providing knowledge on what needed to be done with my car and educating why, also giving me helpful advice, without pressing me to go one way or another on any choices. I am someone who waits way longer than they should to get work done on their vehicle and they managed to make everything a painless experience with their professionalism, kindness and laughs that were provided!! Ty college ave jiffy lube!

So we had issues with our lug nuts and we came one time and Jason was unable to get the one off, we came back on a different day and he willingly did the labor and actually was able to get them off for us. What other auto places would have charged us a ton, he let us go for free. He is truly an amazing worker. We appreciate them for all their hard work & time!

Great shop and service. Not the least expensive, but quality work you can trust and great customer service. My technician Jas was knowledgeable and Friendly and helped me out above and beyond. No regrets coming to this shop and I would recommend to everyone!

The technicians displayed a remarkable level of expertise and knowledge. They patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain each step of the process. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles. The attention to detail and the meticulous care they put into their work instilled a sense of trust that I haven't experienced at other service centers.

Oil changes are way overpriced. They love to try to upsell everything but that’s part of the business model. It takes way too long. I could probably do it myself, but there’s the constant back-and-forth of the mess do it yourself and the time it takes to have these guys do it.Rich is a phenomenal manager. He truly cares about the customer experience. Unfortunately, in this day and age you’re at the mercy of what you get for employees, and how willing they are to learn.

My brakes were squealing like like a dying whale in July on a Florida beach and Jiffy lube came to my rescue. Taylor was able to help diagnose my issue and get them replaced same day! 10/10 great service

I pulled in for oil change. The guy said will be done in 15 minutes. Only car in the shop was in the brakes change bay. No cars in the oil change bay. After 45 minutes of waiting in lobby I asked what going on. He said the want to focus on the other car before they start mine. I left after one hour. No excuse for ignoring me. I was the only person in the lobby

If I could put more than five stars I would put 10 there is an employee that works there by the name of Don that went above and beyond and then some I was broke down in a parking lot not far from your shop literally feeling defeated life has been really hard for me lately and I was literally at the end of my ropes... A suffer from major mental health illnesses including cptsd major depression disorder as well as generalized anxiety disorder this man came to me and help me with no questions asked literally felt like it was an angel coming to help me I told him I would like to help him and pay him back one day and he said simply no ma'am that's okay that's my job this man is truly an angel and saved a life today in more ways than one I would like you to honor this employee in any way possible thank you Don you are truly an angel

Update: I came back to update this to say that Rich the District Manager called me and has taken full responsibility to rectify this situation. His customer service has been great and I am thankful for his honesty.!!! Do not use this Jiffy Lube!!! I went in to see if I needed an oil change and they told me no I was good to go. A few days later and there is oil everywhere in the hood of my car! It almost started on fire bc they never put the oil cap back on. Ken the assistant manager is the one who worked on my car and hung up on me when I called to tell them about the situation. Then after speaking with the other manager Jason he sent me a screenshot of the video footage not showing anything but Ken over the hood of my car but refused to let me actually see the footage of my car being worked on. You cant see anything in the photo because it’s too dark. They refuse to send me a timestamp of when my car pulled in and also refused to get me in touch with the owner of the franchise or the district manager. Now my engine is fried! They are refusing to take any accountability! Beware of their terrible service and customer service!Service: Oil change
