Very reasonably priced, very thorough, and doesn't waste your time or money. Took my vehicle in after being told by another place that the radiator leaked. Come to find out if was the water pump basket. And they were still able to fix it the same day. Highly recommend them to everyone. This will be my go to for all my maintenance car needs.

I didn't even get my car worked on here, but their customer service was amazing even just through a phone call! A coworker recommended this shop to me, and I called about a possible wheel bearing issue (just wanting my car in sooner rather than later, in case the issue was serious). The mechanic was honest and said they were booked for two weeks solid, and when I asked about another option he mentioned Grishaber Service Station nearby. What a wonderful practice to make sure customers are taken care of regardless if it's at your establishment or not!Sidenote: this mechanic was also great about answering my money questions. Fabulous all-around phone etiquette!

I was doing work in my car, in a parking lot in Appleton and when I went to start it, my car was dead. I realize I had my lights on all the while I was sitting there. I called the closest auto shop I could find and Joe was here in minutes. He jumped my car and it started on the first charge. He refused to ask for any payment. I definitely can't say enough about how kind he was to help me out. Definitely recommend JK auto services!

I have used JK for a number of years across multiple vehicles. Their services is the absolute best, they stand behind their work and have been up front on everything. They justed completed service on my vehicle today. I would encourage anyone looking for a good shop that will never try and up-sell you to go work with Joe and the folks at JK.

Called about my daughter's drain pan threads stripped on Honda Civic. Joe was able to rethread the pan and replace drain plug. Saved $450 by not having to replace the pan.
