H&R block has the best and most professional tax pros in the business. I highly recommend coming in with any tax questions or needs. They are super knowledgeable in everything from your normal tax returns to estates to big and small businesses.

Awesome customer service and personal attention, mixed with knowledge and actual care/concern about best interest and individual needs/wants of the customer. I had Tim as my Tax Associate. He did a great job.A little on the expensive side, but they work with you if you don’t care to spend at the point of appointment. Knowing my taxes were done correctly, and my personal information was private and safe was of value to me. Thank you Tim!

H&R Block is a joke. You better hope you have first grade level taxes, otherwise you’re going to pay hundreds of dollars. They let you know how much you owe them, at the very end of the process. Consider this your warning, they lure you in with advertising, waste your time and then tell you it’s going to be hundreds of dollars. Also if you’re looking for a “up to $3,500 advance” enjoy your $700 advance.

Went in to do a prior years tax return first no one there had any idea how to do it and then they messed everything up irs sent it back and I had to go in again then irs sent me a bill for an amount due that was totally different then what they told me I went in to ask if they could tell me why irs is say something different then what they told me and they said they don’t know I have to call irs I then asked them why does it say 100 percent accuracy guarantee on their sign and they basically said it means we guarantee to try our best so now I’m on my own after paying them 400 dollars zero stars if I could

Great service, but very pricey...All I had was a w-2 from one job, no rent or dependents, just basic w-2. It was $155 or $190 to take it out of my taxes, to me that is very high priced!

Dropped my paperwork off on April first only had a very easy and simple State homestead form that needed to be done. On April Seventh still had not been done. Had called the office at 9:15 in the morning was told Dennis Rockow was with a Clint and would call me back two hours later I called back because I had not not heard from them again was told he would call me back. Went in to pick up my paperwork and heard Dennis tell the woman what does he want he just dropped them off on the First. Went to Jackson Hewitt in the Wal-Mart just down the street and had them done with in an hour. Guess the line in Robin Hood Men in Tights is right H. R. Blockhead if this is how they run a business I am surprised that they are still in business. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know how disgustingly horrible they are.
