Every single person we spoke to at Hogar Furniture was SO nice & helpful! We were struggling to find the matching king size headboard to our bedroom set. After calling several area stores, Jackie (who is actually from the Green Bay location), was able to track one down for us in Texas!! We would also like to give a huge thank you to those in the Appleton location who helped us load & secure our furniture. They have great communication & really care about making customers happy.We’re so appreciative of the customer service provided by Hogar Furniture & will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase!!

Update: They seem to have taken this review to heart as they are repairing and painting the outside of the building.Haven't shopped here.The appearance of the building has drastically gone downhill since they began business here.The hours seem sporadic, when we did want to stop they never seemed open.What I assume is their delivery truck is covered in graffiti and just adds to the poor appearance of the exterior of their business.

The owners are great humble people that are willing to work with you. They have a big variety of product and will stand behind it.I would 100% recommend Hogar Furniture.

Wonderful customer service and they have an awesome selection of reasonably priced rugs. The employee there at the time was super friendly and easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and she also managed to keep my toddler entertained while I tried to make a decision, so that was a helpful plus

Both the living room set from them first they took for ever to get it to me 2nd the quality is horrible and the people are ignorant i paid on credit and like week later paid in cash over priced furniture never ever go there
