I usually have a pleasant experience here, but today I was treated very rudely by a store associate. I bought a rug from H&M home online. I came in to ask if they accepted returns for Home items. Before I could even finish my sentence, the associate cut me off and said in a rude tone, “we don’t accept home returns.” I get it. You don’t. I didn’t know that though. The least she could have done was spoken kindly. As I walked away, she didn’t even say anything to me. I’m sorry, but what has happened to good customer service? I wasn’t even a bit rude so I don’t know why she was. It’s very unfortunate cause I love H&M.

Tried to return my satchel and was called every slur in the book. My uncle died later that day of “natural causes”. Trial is pending.

I love H&M! A beautiful store with really good affordable clothes. It's pretty clean in the store and is also huge. The customer service is good as well.

Slick looking store with some great priced clothing. Every time I come in here there’s almost always some new sweatshirt I want to buy. The music played in the store is always great and really fits well with the store’s style. Staff is always alright, never had an issue at checkout.
