We purchased a 2022 Outback and love the car. Great experience with all staff at Gustman. Have to especially mention Greg and Jim. They were very helpful with teaching us the features of the car and making sure we were all set up. Great place to go if looking for a car with nice and helpful staff.

I brought my car in to Gustman Subaru based on recommendations about the quality of their body shop after having a minor accident. They were super helpful! Even the tech that worked on my car, Justin G. was able to push back on the insurance after my used hood they wanted to repair my car with had some rust that he didn’t want to use! Highly recommend!

I’m very picky when it comes to where I take my cars for body work. I’ve been taking my cars to Gustman Subaru for years with the whole family. Justin Groleu just repaired my Chevy Silverado from a big accident, you can’t even tell that it was in an accident. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else as long as Justin Groleu stays there. Thank you Justin you always do amazing work. ?

Service center lied about the services provided. I was told my tires were being rotated. Then went to a family friend (who is in the auto industry), and he said my tires were never rotated. Every oil change was a different price, over $100 on some of them when all I asked for was a simple oil change. Seemed like they were taking advantage of me being a woman.

This has been the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had in the Fox Valley. Easy to work with and super friendly and helpful. Greg S was our sales consultant. He was honest, detailed and never felt like he was trying to trick you. We ordered a car and had to wait several weeks. He stayed in communication and was so easy to work with. When we showed up, he had tabbed several pages in the owners manual that were important in getting acquainted with the car. When we worked with the business manager, he presented some extended warranty options with no pressure and did not make us feel dumb when we turned them down. Trust me, I’ve been there at other dealers who treat you like an idiot when you don’t buy extended warranties.
They offered a fair trade value for our previous vehicle.
We were never Subaru people but the WRX is a wonderful car. Was parked out front ready to go. Had 6 miles on it and Greg could even tell me how many it came with and where the 2 extra miles came from since delivery and who drove it. Again, the attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction was beyond expectations.

This Subaru dealership is so much nicer than the Green Bay location to deal with. And if you’re looking for the best sales guy around, I recommend Ed. Fantastic, customer service, and reasonable prices.

I have the best experience with Mark (didn't get his last name) every time. He is always kind, answers my questions perfectly, and is willing to help in anyway. Gonna continue going back mainly because of him.

The service department here is god-awful. Lied to us over the phone to lure us in "free of charge," and then tried to charge us $80 for something other shops will do for free (reading the engine codes).
It is painfully evident that this was a bait and switch to try to get those who drive 45 minutes just to get here to pony up the extra charge while there. The guy who lied to us looked my wife dead in the eye and claimed he never said it.
Save yourself some money and frustration by going literally anywhere else.
I'm reporting them to corporate. Absolute crooks.

The auto tech Ryan West is one of the worst people I've dealt with the guy bullies people and gets hard working fathers fired calling employers to lie and get people fired because of these kinda people working here I'd never do business here...

Called to get a head unit from parts in Appleton and said they won't sell me one, THEY hung up on me after explaining to them subaru does an exchange program. Called Burgstrum Subaru of Greenbay and got one ordered within 10 minutes, doing business with Burgstrum from now on even though it's a half hour longer to get there.

I dropped my Subaru outback 2015 and to be honest I haven’t maintenance my Subi as I should have. So needless to say, she’s like a tank with lots of love marks, the servicemen were complete gentlemen. Treated me with respect, honesty and big smiles. The service center did exactly what they told me they were gonna do. They looked at everything and come to find out my exhaust was covered under warranty which they fixed completely at no cost to me. I do believe my mechanics name was Ryan. He did a great job A++ It’s like a new car. And I dropped my car off with barely no gas. They filled the tank for me, no cost to me, and washed the outside I can’t believe it!!! This, so made my day. I will definitely go back to Gustman Subaru of Appleton to get my car serviced as it should. Thank you, thank you thank you thank you!!!

We wanted to give kudos to a Jared Oatman for his great customer service, working with my mother and leasing her a new Forester. He was incredibly patient with her throughout the entire process; taking the time to ensure she understood everything clearly, and giving her some extra tech tutorials too. He didn’t rush her out the door once she signed. He made sure she was comfortable and happy with everything before she left.
