Delivery team was friendly, efficient and really took careful care remove and install the old and new laundry units.I was impressed!Sales team (Brandon and Nick at Appleton store) were very knowledgeable, honest and helpful so I could make a good and quick decision.I also appreciated that they listened to my specific needs regarding delivery. My problem and worries at home have been resolved!! Yaaayyy!!

Brandon was amazing! Straight and to the point with help buying a refrigerator! Plus delivery was awesome! All done and delivered within 22 hours of purchasing. Didn’t have to suffer with no fridge in the kitchen for very long. Thank you! ?

In the past 15 years I have shopped at Grand Appliance and TV few times and every time found the lowest price compare with other stores. Without even asking Brandon dropped the price for extra $50. And that saved me $150. For the window air-condition unit comparing with other suppliers on line. Thanks Brandon. .

Very helpful, answered all my questions. No pushing me into any purchase - gave me facts and time to consider.Originally told earliest delivery next week Thursday, however since I am retired and new to Appleton they would see what they could do. They delivered in 2 days! They were quick and efficient on install, no damage to walls and they had to go down narrow stairway! Showed me how to operate my washer and dryer, triple checked that they were balanced!I used Grand a number of years ago in Kenosha for a dishwasher in a rented apartment - they too gave me excellent service and cost!I would definitely recommend Grand Appliance! Just be clear on your needs and likes!
