The website is a mess. Never stops jumping around. I called for building materials and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes I told the guy what I wanted and also what I did not want. He immediately offered me what I had just said that I did not want. Thanks for listening.

I am lost in a maze of power tools, hardware, gardening, and outdoor decor. YOO HOO! Is anybody out there? I can see flashes of an associate's apron but he seems to vanish as I reach the spot. Did I imagine him? Is he a ghost? Is Home Depot filled with ORANGE GHOSTS? BOO! YOO HOO! I need ... where did he go? Finally, a young woman turns my way. I want to reach out and touch her to see if she is real. I need ... She quickly scans her phone for by-location screwdrivers. That's the tech-savvy way of finding stuff. OMG! I SEE IT! THERE IT IS! THE THING I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR! I quickly self-check and haul my sorry arse out of there. But wait a minute! I love that paint chip color. Is that a Shasta Daisy I see? YOO HOO!

The staff always goes out of their way to help. The PRO desk people are very helpful as are the paint and lighting department employees.

The worst Home Depot I Have ever been!! Nobody cares about anything. I drove 15 miles to rent a tool and the tools center doesn't exist anymore, and seems funny for the employees.

Customer service at home depot has went extremely downhill. I will no support this business. I would recommend saving yourself the headache and going elsewhere. Their online customer service is even worse than the store if possible.

I had an issue with the 3rd party company that Home Depot used to deliver a washer and dryer. After removing my old set and installing the new ones, they informed me that they would be unable to switch the side that the dryer door opens as was promised by my salesperson. Due to a confined space, I was unable to use the dryer without the door opening switch. I went to Home Depot to speak with a manager. Collin was the best! He looked at the floor model, and called the store’s handyman to look at it too. Later that same day, the handyman came to my home…Within 3 hours the problem was solved. Collin deserves a shout out for his handling of an unhappy customer. I will shop again at Home Depot thanks to Collin.

Home Depot delivery men came today, no masks, they left appliances and boxes in the middle of the street while they were removing my appliances, packing and boxes were blocking the road, to top it off he could not hook up water to my fridge because there was a copper water line and he just snapped that off. I told him at this time I would not have water attached because I did not trust him to correctly attach it. Very disappointed

went to purchase some totes I had called ahead to have set aside, I was told I would be able to price match even without the colors being identical. only go be told, no they couldn't when I arrived. meaning instead of the $25 I was expecting to pay for two totes it ended up being $80!

Well I will tell you van vreedes is horrible place to purchase Appliances from got a fridge from them top of the line in May I am. Disabilited person in a wheel chair my ice cuber hasn't work since they delivered It in May I call there they give me every reason you can image there service depot is worse yet if that's possible . There just horrible company

I ordered a washer and dryer three weeks ago for my company. On three occasions their third-party delivery service failed to deliver for no discernable reason each time. When I contacted both the store and the customer service center the response was that it was not within their control because it was a hired delivery service. Last I checked HD is the one that hired this service, so yes, it is in your control. You're just choosing not to do anything about it. Because this is for my business I have wasted countless hours and who knows how much money just to get this delivered, and I still don't have it. Just excuses. Perhaps I need to close my account and take my considerable amount of business to another company. This is outrageous.

We purchased a Fridgedare freezer from this place. Two days after we received it we noticed that it was ICING (not just freezing) up. The door and food was getting ice all over it. We noticed that the seal on the door was open about 1/64th of an inch. I called Home depot to report the issue and after talking to SEVERAL people, I was told that "I" would have to contact Fridgedare myself. I called Fridgedare and was told that they would have someone come out. I got a call from Howie Voight informing me that they wouldn't be able to come out for almost two weeks. After many phone calls and talking to several people, Josh agreed to bring a loaner out. The loner freezer was delivered the next day. The young man informed me that this was from their break room. It was very small and about 1/3 the size of the freezer we purchased. We had to rely on a neighbor to let us use their freezer to prevent spoilage of our food. Two different people came out two different times to fix the door. The first one didn't work. We would NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING HOME DEPOT. Customer service was horrible as they passed complaints on to several different people. The repair service Howie Voight was equally horrible due to the timeframe of getting it repaired. This was a horrible experience as my husband had just came home from the hospital after having surgery. We had to rely on neighbors to help with ice packs for his knee. We are 71 & 81 and bought a NEW freezer to last us a lifetime. Nobody should ever have to go through this and be treated the way we were!!!!We purchased a Fridgedare freezer from this place. We always have a great experience at the grand chute Home Depot. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. They have a good selection and always in stock. I also rarely have to wait to check out.

Having quite the experience with the flooring dept. Not quoted installation prices correctly. Not quoted trip charges correctly. Charged for furniture removal that is not supposed to be done. Overcharged for the entire purchase of 2 room of carpet. Refunded the wrong amount and still waiting for my phone call from Connie in customer support to get the remainder of my money. should have learned my lesson to not shop there when I paid for delivery of my $2700. refrigerator was dropped off at the end of my long gravel driveway. Highly recommend you take your business to Menards
