Brought in some old consoles uncharged and not updated. We made things difficult with that. The store was busy. BUT Ben, working alone, kept smiling and maintained good composure throughout the whole experience. Thank you Ben. Sorry for giving you a stressful last couple hours of work. Keep up the good work! It does not go unnoticed!

Encouraged to buy a product with the reassurance of a 7 day returned. Returned the product the next day and received terrible customer service.

Rude employees, in the middle of a conversation she just walked off to talk to someone else like my questions didnt matter. Will not be returning. Plenty of other places to go for games.

This store is too small and ill equipped to be called a game store. Mostly just toys and some video games. It feels like a store that was forgotten by corporate.

Return policy is a joke. My son bought a controller and returned it about an hour later when he realized his other controller was not broken just dead. He opened the box never even connected it and was unable to return it. Buy elsewhere with better customer service

I like this Gamestop. The staff clearly enjoys gaming and they recently started selling older stuff again. Though I can’t give it five stars because Gamestop supports autism speaks which is a group that does a lot of harm to autistic people.

Gamestop used to be the place to go if you wanted anything to do with video games or accessories. Not anymore. Their selection is small, the staff at 2 separate locations was rude and seemed uninterested in helping and when I went there to buy a pre-owned ps4 controller for my son all they had was a few used controllers for the same price I can go to Walmart and buy one for NEW. Terrible. One employee I dealt with told me it was because they were competing with online sales/retailers. OK. I get that. But then maybe you should do something to bring people in not act in a way that makes them not want to come back. I've been a lifelong Gamestop customer.... Until now. Sorry guys but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. You lost another one.

Today I had the BEST experience at any Game Store ever! This employee went up and beyond for me. He really is super knowledgeable about all your products and when the store didn't have it, he went to search for it in other stores. Who is this amazing employee? Mr. Greg P. Star employee. Thank you again for everything Greg. I'll see you in Tucson one day! (I hope this made you smile!)
