Brian with Fox Valley Storage/ is a very great person to work with. We rented an indoor storage facility in Kaukauna for our camper which unfortunately ended up being too small. It was not tall enough for our camper to go in. Brian knew that we needed to get some place in a hurry, so he allowed us to put our camper into a different storage facility in Kimberly until a bigger storage facility opens up in Kaukauna where we originally rented the unit. He went out of his way to work with us and to make sure everything is satisfactory. In this day and age, it makes people realize that there are honest people and companies you can deal with. This was my first time ever using a storage unit. I had no clue what I was doing or what size to pick. Amy at the Darboy location was so easy to work with and assured me my stuff would be safe and dry. The buildings were clean and nicely lit making my move in the evenings possible. I will use them again. Thanks Amy!!
