I shopped exclusively at National Salon Resources before Salon Service Group took over, the shelves were always stocked and the employees were so helpful. While they do carry a lot of the same brands that National had, I’ve started to seriously consider switching lines and distributors. Shopping in store is beyond frustrating, more often than not they don’t have any/enough stock (for extended periods of time) and online is equally frustrating. Unfortunately due to all of the stock issues, it makes the employees and company as a whole seem incredibly unreliable. I can’t run a business smoothly when my supplier consistently falls short.
