Worst customer support experience I’ve ever encountered. On 3/5/2024, I went to this location to pick up a package. I had driven an hour and a half to this location. The package was not here. Which is fine, I would have been okay with going to another location. However, the staff here wouldn’t help me at all. They wouldn’t help me find where the package is. They didn’t offer to call anyone. They didn’t do anything and were extremely rude about not being able to help. I will never use this location again and am appalled by the laziness and unwillingness to help someone who had traveled so far to get their package.

Ernest is the man! I'll forgive that he's a Chicago Bear's fan (haha!). He was very helpful in picking out the box I would need and letting me know how to package my books. Would recommend this location!

Nick was super friendly and extremely helpful with shipping my package. I thought my package didn't have a label to download and figured out when I got there that it did and he printed it for me, so i didn't have to run all the way back home. Very appreciated.

Worst customer service ever! Refuse to use Fed Ex unless for some unknown reason I absolutely have to. I have been using UPS now and have no issues. All employees at UPS that I encountered have been courteous, friendly and respectful! Fed Ex has lost my business!

Had many experiences with Fed ex and none of them were satisfying. I called and spoke with the store manager Nick about a package I was trying to pick up and he lacked professionalism, empathy, and customer service. Very poor experience. Hope to never have to go through this store location again.

Ernest greeted me as I walked in and was quick to assist with my drop off. He showed me exactly where to drop my shipment, smiled, and thanked me for using FedEx. Fast & Friendly service!

The only reason I’m even giving 2 stars period is because Earnest was polite enough to acknowledge the customers as they walked through the door. He was working solo today and made the absolute most out of a bad situation. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. Terri on the other hand is by far the perfect example of poor customer service. She was incredibly rude and showed no concern or care during our experience. I read reviews prior and figured I’d still give it a chance. Every review about Terri or Terry (however it’s spelt) is 100% accurate. She would benefit from some remedial training specifically related to customer service. Either that or retirement. I hope fedex will acknowledge this rating and make the appropriate steps to ensure the best customer service is being given. This location truly has a lot of potential with Earnest working there. Don’t let one employee ruin it for everyone.

Ernest is one of the most polite and genuine workers I've come across in awhile. He engaged in a conversation with every customer and was proficient at his job.

I dropped off very large heavy packages that were delivered to my house by mistake, and the employee told her coworker that I was being “bitchy like that” because it was against a policy. Not my problem, and I did a kind thing by bringing them.

Do NOT request your deliveries to be held here. They will return them in less than 48 hours when they’re supposed to wait 5-7 days. Christmas gifts I ordered I had held at the store instead of delivered to my house because they ship in the original box and I wasn’t going to be home. They received the delivery Saturday at 2:45 and returned the package Sunday morning. Didn’t even have a chance to get to the store before the end of the work day. Will be filing a complaint with the manager and through FedEx. Worst service ever. I CRINGE whenever I see my items are shipping through FedEx. They’re horrible, and this store is too. My sons Christmas present that’s been sold out, and doubled in price was returned because of an inpatient employee. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they would like to cover the difference in the cost to reorder the item they just had to send back right away!?
