I had a delivery from FedEx on vacation hold, and of course they continued to deliver to my home despite getting an email from FedEx that they got my request, so I had to drive back to pick up this item from their shipping center. I absolutely loathe any business that uses FedEx for delivery. I would rather get delivery by Pony Express. To be fair the staff at the shipping center was nice that is why they got one star otherwise 0 stars

I would do less but I can’t. At home waiting for a guitar that can’t sit in the cold. No knock. Didn’t ring doorbell. Left a BLANK door slip they will try again Monday. Guitar will be ruined even the sender agrees. Fed ex says oh well we tried. The worst shipping company. Never have these issues with UPS. Trash.

Drivers don’t read building numbers. Just drop packages wherever they feel. Filed a claim when a picture showed it was left at a white door. Mine is dark brown. FedEx still said they delivered it correctly and cannot understand that my door is brown even with photos of entire building with address # and Unit # circled. It’s not that hard people.

I've been had. Got a email on day of delivery stating there was a delay and delivery would be the next day. Got home from work and there is a door Tag hanging. Says it will be delivered next day and gave the driver a 13hr window for delivery. I have to sign for my package. Anyone want to make a bet that I receive another door Tag today? I have to miss a day of work because of this.

I had an Apple Watch that was scheduled to be delivered at my home, it required a signature and I wasn’t home for the delivery. No problem, I decided to pick it up after work. I went to pick it up and opened it right at the FedEx location and found out it was STOLEN right out of the box. They literally handed me an empty box. Even the woman at the counter who gave it to me commented on how light the package was and asked me if I was sure there was even anything in there. It was stolen at some point by a FedEx employee and I just found out that this happens to a lot to people and they often have their purchases stolen by FedEx. It’s unbelievable and completely unacceptable. I filed a claim and I’ll update when something happens.
