I purchased/designed an engagement ring. I worked with Brooklien who was very pleasant and helpful in designing a beautiful ring. We got my girlfriends finger sized for the ring and left very excited and pleased with the customer service we had received.Friday the 8th of December I picked up the ring. I was extremely pleased with how it turned out.Yesterday I proposed to my girlfriend. She loved the ring but the size was completely wrong. She got it over her ring finger but was unable to get it off. Thankfully we eventually got it off but our fears kept building up that she would not get it off and we would have to take her to the ER to get it taken off.I dont where down the line the size was miscommunicated but this made a night that was supposed to be one of the most memorable nights of our life not so pleasant and at one point a little scary.We drove an hour and a half there and back to design the ring and I drove an hour and half there and back to pick it up as well.We will be looking for a jeweler that is closer and who pays more attention to detail to repair the mistake.

For over two years I had searched for a jeweler who could craft a ring for me. It was a representation of the shield belonging to my 21st GGF, Sir Richard De La Vachet, a famous Knight of the Garter and Member of Parliament, who served in the Court of King Edward III of England. His actual shield hangs in St. George's Chapel in Westminster Cathedral in London. I did not want something shiny, new, and modern. I did want something Sir Richard might have worn when he was alive in the 1300s. Little did I know I had a master craftsman nearby by the name of Randy at Expert Jewelry in Appleton. I went to see Randy and his Associate, Lisa. I brought in a drawing of the shield with it's three lions. I described my ideas - the concept I had formulated. And they set to work. I came back two or three times as I developed a more clear idea of features. Each time they made modifications until I was satisfied. I suggested Randy should beat the ring up and create imperfections. And he willingly followed my lead, and offered his own suggestions. When he finally called to say the project was complete, I was excited to say the least. The finished piece was exactly what I wanted to the smallest detail. I could not be happier to own this beautifully made ring, my connection to my family past. To say I recommend Randy and Lisa, that I would entrust them with any future projects, is an understatement.

My fiancee and I came in to have her ring resized and the customer service was fantastic! Prices were fair and the ring was done the next week. We will definitely return here in the future if we need more work on the ring!

I dropped my ring off to have it joined together. During the work, they found that two of the prongs had a busted weld. I noticed this as the prongs sat higher than the other two but didn’t know why. They fixed this at no charge! I am so grateful and was pleasantly surprised! Would recommend this team to anyone.

These are my two favorite treasured pieces. The cross with the black diamond will never be lost again with my new clasp.The second piece of jewelry had been broken and kept for my entire life, a piece from my great aunt Amelia, "Molly". I never knew what is was and expert jewelry made it into this necklace I envisioned! I love how it hangs. Another thing was, the eventual corrected cost was worth saving the broken gold chain it hangs on! Thank you. 2/2023

I’ll start out by saying that the staff, Bajee (sp?), Joe and Erica are wonderful and delightful people and are extremely good people to work with.I had been going there for years to purchase some beautiful jewelry. I will not, however, be returning to this business.I have a watch with a missing stone that I want to be treplaced. I brought it in and Erica cordially accepted my watch and said that they’d call back to let me know if they were able to find a match. I told her that it also needed a battery. She called back a day later and said that they were unable to find a match, and I could come and pick it up.I went in a few days later to pick it up. But, I thought I would attempt finding a replacement stone on MY OWN TIME so that I didn’t have to waste anymore of their time on it. So, I asked Bajee (sp?) if she could/would please quickly measure the space to determine what size to look for.That was all I said. And she took out her caliper to measure it. Then the Owner, Randy, turns around and starts accusing me of plans to repair the watch MYSELF! The store was full of customers. I was so taken aback, and told him that I had no plans of doing that! And he insisted that that’s what I was doing —which couldn’t be further from the truth! He then barked orders to Bajee to make an immediate phone call … in other words ordering her to stop the measuring she was doing for me.It’s just NOT OK to talk to a regular customer / ANYONE that way!It appears as if I’m not the first to get caught in his crosshairs… and am sure I won’t be the last!Watch out for Randy’s erratic unprofessional behavior.

We dropped off my nearly antique engagement ring for repair after another “upscale” local jeweler messed up repairs and sizing. They fixed a diamond the other jeweler set too low, smoothed out the poorly added platinum, and properly resized it. It looks BEAUTIFUL! They told me my wedding band probably wouldn’t be ready by our wedding this past weekend (our fault, we came in late to order it) but they had it ready to go! They did such a beautiful job with it. I’m so happy with their work and service. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

Super friendly staff! I got my promise ring fixed after it being broken for over a year, and I swear it looks better than it did new! A really interesting assortment of gorgeous jewelry as well. Definitely a great place to go!
