Upon check in, I needed a credit card even though I was paying in full with my debit card. Heather was patient while my husband came to the rescue! We weren’t flying, if we were flying we wouldn’t have needed a credit card.While cleaning out vehicle after our trip, my husband got a fishing lure hook in his finger…(we don’t fish.) they don’t clean these vehicles well.. so be careful. McKenzie was kind enough to take off the cost of one rental day for the injury.Thank you Heather and McKenzie for your knowledge and excellent service. We look forward to renting with Enterprise for our next adventure!

I had a reservation and arrived one day early. Guy said the car was there but wouldn't let me get it a day early. Never using your overpriced service again.

Unable to reach staff during a family emergency to contact family member to inform them. Have tried multiple ways but there's no other way to reach any staff at Appleton besides this review.

We received Excellent customer service and personalized care from Josh and his team. They did an excellent job answering and explaining all of my questions after we were stuck driving home from Florida due to the winter storms and all the flights were canceled. They are the reason I will definitely be renting a car from Enterprise in the future. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience at ATW Enterprise this week. Very quick and professional service at the counter getting my car in no time. Everyone was super friendly, car was clean, ran great, and no issues at all. Also, had an early flight home, so dropped off before things opened up. That process was slick as well. Just filled out my info on a slip of paper and dropped that and my keys in the box. Shortly after they opened, received an email with my final invoice as well as a personalized email from Joshua Kalmus making sure I had a great experience and offering to help with any issues. Really appreciated the personal touch and the well run operation, Joshua. Thanks for making it an easy and positive experience!

I get to renal counter after making my reservation and was not informed before I got there that nome of the rental companies take Chime card. Very disappointing. Did not rent car.

Hours listed online did not match actual hours. Would be nice to know so you don't get charged an extra day despite being back before the due time.

I was in a rental for 6 months while waiting for the car I ordered. The employees at this location were all so kind. I worked closely with Josh and he was AMAZING! Josh worked hard to ensure I was always in a vehicle that was comfortable and conducive to my work as I spend long hours on the road. I have never been treated so well and I would highly recommend this rental agency!! Great experience!
